When Chevron was Tom's Southgate it was a great place to go. The people were so friendly and kind. ☺️

Guy with long wavy black hair was nice. BUT GOSH FORGIVE YOU TOUCH YOUR PUMP. The guy claimed that if you touched your own pump you get a $500 fine. The vibe was fine but the inside of the gas station wasn't even open.

This is the “Amy’s Baking Co.” of gas stations. I used to visit many times per week, as my company had an account to fuel their fleet. The owner was never friendly a single time, and often just flat out rude. Went in yesterday, hoping that since the remodel was complete, maybe things would be different. As I waited in line, I observed him behave just the same to those in front of me. After putting my items back and almost making it to the door, I decided to speak up. I turned around and very politely expressed my viewpoint. His response was to raise his voice and berate me. I’ll admit that after trying to plead with him and explain I was trying to be helpful as a customer, I ended up raising my voice as well. He was still yelling as I walked out the door, and he got a big middle finger and someone who will now tell everyone I know, “don’t go to Amy’s Baking Co.”. Deplorable behavior and I suspect he’s as clueless as Amy. There will not be a “3rd chance”. Hope he goes out of business.

Had to leave. Woman owner no mask came out to our car to talk. So unkind to those at high risk. Never ever getting gas there again

I'm so thankful for the mechanic here. He diagnosed my car within 5 minutes when I was getting gas for my car .the tires on my car had been popping again and again and I didnt know why. He helped me so much.

Great people to work with! Always feel that they do an excellent job and have very fair prices. I know I can trust them.

I really recommend Toms Chevron, especially Ben a worker there. Ben has a four year degree in Automotive from Walla Walla University. I just went in for an oil change but even with the little thing like an oil change he was patient, kind, and polite. I'm going to go in again today to see if he can fix something on my moms car. I've been to Champs Garage but I don't recommend it, its a one man run business but the man who runs it isn't honest and took advantage of me. I only trust Toms Chevron and go directly to Ben to see if he can take a look at my car. Thanks you Ben at Toms Chevron!

Tom's Chevron on 2nd Ave in Walla Walla is the best place to bring your car, truck.van, heavy duty vehicles heck anything with an engine small or large. Go to Tom's on 2nd and ask to have your vehicle worked on by Brendan. This man is the real deal, honest, trustworthy, skilled and kind. Without going into all the details..he helped me above and beyond the call of duty. he knew i was a disabled man and that my vehicle was my only form of mobility and got me fixed up in a jiffy for an amazing low cost. i bet this repair would have cost hundreds more anywhere else but it did not. Thank you Brother for your kindness and such amazing service. I'll send more people your way that you can count on.
