I got a brow shaping done by Jessie R. I arrived a few minutes early, checked in and she came a little late. She did not acknowledge that I had been waiting. She was very rough with my waxing, and they use an alcohol based cleanser I guess?! So it smelled horrible and dried my skin out. I asked her if she was done and she said yes. She finished with zero tweezing or trimming on my eyebrows.. I also got my upper lip waxed and sadly have to get it done again elsewhere because there is so much that was left! Will not be returning.

Great Salon, and Presley always gives a fantastic cut at an affordable price. Cute jewelry and notebooks with a full selection of premoum hair and facial products. Highly recommend True Salon if you're looking for a new place for a cut or color!

In the past I’ve had trouble finding a good hair dresser that will give me a consistent good cut. But Raquel at True Salon is awesome! She always gives me a wonderful haircut and is a delight to be around. I highly recommend her if you want a haircut that will get compliments. She specializes in helping you find a style that fits your type of hair and face shape.

Jessie gave me a cut and partial foil. I’ve never been so happy with how my hair turned out. She truly takes what you want and your hair needs and makes the best of both. I won’t let anyone do my hair but her from now on!
The salon is also just beautiful overall. It’s a very nice place to be. I definitely recommend True Salon.

I love True, I recently started going here and it has become one of my favorite salons! The salon is beautiful and the staff are so kind. Jessie cuts my hair and I highly recommend her! She knows how to cut my curly hair better than other stylists I've been to. I am from the Seattle area, so whenever I am in the Walla Walla area I go there for a cut!

A few months ago I went to Raquel to have my hair colored. She did a fabulous job. It was exactly how I requested. She trimmed my hair but didn’t cut it at my request - I was keeping it longer for an event. Now, three months later, I went to her to have my hair cut and I’m ecstatic. Again, it’s exactly what I wanted. I had a picture of a cut I previously had, but no one seemed to be able to replicate. Raquel looked at the photo, asked a few questions, and voila, it’s perfect. On top of all this, she is friendly and reasonable. A million thank you’s and a rating off the chart. I will return.

Raquel did a fantastic job on my cut and color! She listened to all of my concerns and gave me her honest opinion. My hair turned out exactly like my inspiration pic! She was very easy to talk to which helped ease my nerves with seeing a new stylist. Will be back!
