There's not many family owned businesses anymore these days, but L&G is one of the very few hardware stores that still has the small town feel. Friendly staff that go out of their way to get to know you by a first name basis, and if they don't have an item that you're looking for, they'll purchase it and start stocking said item. Can't beat that!

One of the few places around that still have that small town local business customer service. You can't walk too far in there without multiple employees checking up on you to make sure you're finding what you need, and they will go out of their way to help you. I'm sure I speak for many in walla walla when I say their amazing customer service has earned a lifetime customer. They are my first stop if I need something, and they almost always have what I need. Thank you L&G, never stop being great!!
