I have used the Melrose location in Walla Walla several times and the manager is always able to solve any problem.

We love Lightfoots! We don't get our Uhauls anywhere else, they always do good by us! I goofed my reservation and the guy got on the phone and called Uhaul and got us another truck on a busy weekend. Above and beyond! I love small town helpfulness.
