I know we are all tired and I know sometimes overworked but when you’re working with the public sometimes a smile, a warm hello, something not only helps you but your co-workers and the people you are serving. Setting the tone and atmosphere where you work not only makes your job easier it gives your customers something to look forward to when they have to frequent your place of business. This pharmacy is not friendly and it makes me sad because they all look miserable. I tried giving them a smile and grace because, I’m in healthcare profession, I get it, but the sour faces just couldn’t break a smile. Is this such a horrible place to work that you can’t even fake it? Spreading love goes both ways and I’m sorry no one can smile at this Walgreens.

Woman in the pharmacy can not understand a word being said to. Her grasp of the English language appears to be seriously lacking. A conversation that should have taken maybe a minute or two took well over 15 minutes, and in the end, she just got someone else to assist us.

I moved my pain medications here because my previous pharmacy started being out of them every time I needed a fill. So far, so good. Never been out and filled the same day they get the instructions from my doctor. I pick up inside, and I've never experienced an unreasonable wait.

Worst EVER!!!! If I could give negative stars I would. I just spent an hour on hold only to be disconnected. These are life and death matters!!! People NEED their medications! I am trying to get my 82 year old mother’s diabetes medication filled and they have been a hassle at every turn. Can’t even talk to someone to get a transfer, which we will be doing if we can ever reach anyone. In the mean time, they are standing in the way of critical medication due to INCOMPETENCE!! Shame on them!!!

Disclaimer: I know that many businesses are short-staffed and I have empathy for this pharmacy as well as it’s employees. However, even before the pandemic this pharmacy and Walgreens store in general didn’t provide even reasonably good service. I’ve been a customer at this particular location for 7+ years. Phone calls went unanswered, or you could be on hold for 20+ minutes after finally getting someone to answer a call at the pharmacy. Tonight was one of the more disappointing experiences. A new staff member didn’t seem to know what was going on with a standard medication. It took about 30 minutes in the drive thru for them to get the RX filled. When I asked who I could talk to - maybe Walgreens corporate - about the disappointing service a second staff member who actually filled the RX was nice in tone but curt with her response about how no pharmacy in town is doing a better job. Time to go to Tallman’s and support a local business - even if their hours are less desirable at least their customer service is always professional and kind.

You can get your prescription if you're willing to wait an incredible amount of time. Too many customers recently absorbed from Bi Mart next door. 1/2 drive through tellers available, and one inside. Began writing this while waiting. Still waiting. 2/6 cars ahead of me have been processed in the past 20 mins.

Absolutely the most unorganized Pharmacy I have been to. At least two hours on hold when on phone. One and half hour wait in drive thru. Twice. Once my prescription runs out I will be moving on. Bring back BiMart Pharmacy.

Let me preface this review by clarifying that I don't blame the staff, it's not their fault they're understaffed and over worked. I have heard from reputable sources that the employees here are underpaid and not treated well, which is why they can't keep people on staff at the pharmacy. Most of the other pharmacies in our area are about in the same boat in that regard though right now. Hey Walgreens corporate, get your act together! Start paying your lowest skilled people what they're worth instead of the bare minimum, treating them right, giving them good benefits, and maybe they'll stop leaving! Believe it or not that actually works! Now, with all that being said, I waited on the phone for an hour and 20 minutes tonight before i just hung up... The line for the drive through wraps halfway around the building a lot of days, and I've waited an hour or more to get up to the window just to have them tell me my scripts aren't actually ready, or they got re-shelved for some reason. They're supposed to have a service that synchs your scripts up together so you make only one trip, but it doesn't work after the script gets renewed, and mine have been a mess for a couple months, which causes me to have to deal with them much more than i care to, and I'm on several medications. I would go somewhere else but they're the only place in town that carries what i need. It's not a pleasant experience, and i feel bad for the staff, because I'm sure they catch most of the brunt of it from frustrated customers. Do better, Walgreens corporate.

Waited on the phone for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Wanted to talk to them so they would have prescription ready. They never answered the phone. Then waited in line for another hour just to be told your prescription wasn't ready.

Waiting in the drive through for 1 hour and as I finally get to the window, they're closed for lunch. Didn't even bother to see if other customers were waiting. The lady at the window didn't even seem to care. Might switch to Rite Aid at this point.

The wait time for the drive thru to pick up my prescriptions has become such an inconvenience. There is always a line of 8 or more cars. I have been in line for 45 mins before & tonight I was10th in line, (my 4th attempt in 2 days), for 25 mins & the line NEVER even moved! So once again I had to leave. I am disabled so going inside standing in line is not an option. I have purposely called in my scripts several days before running out due to the multiple attempts. Very Inconvenient & annoying. If this doesn't get resolved I will be changing Pharmacy's

Ridiculous. Don't ever get a FedEx package delivered here for pickup. 10 minutes to get a package from the photo counter, one cashier customers up to 12 deep when I left. Nobody there. Manager on a smoke break....

My doctor had my medication ready at this Walgreen. I called them to inquire about the status of two of the medications I was prescribed. The lady over the phone was patient with me and provided me updates on when they would be ready. When I went to go pick them up, the guy at the counter was friendly. Easy process and everyone was friendly.
