I have been to many, many Goodwills up and down the West Coast and I have never been so disappointed as I was with this store. It was extremely disorganized and messy with items just shoved on the shelves in a haphazard way. Whoever is the manager of this store should be ashamed of themselves for how this store is maintained and managed. The one good part about the store was the staff was very pleasant and friendly.

The days of finding awesome stuff for cheap is all but gone at Goodwill. A few little gems, mostly clothing.

Excellent selection, and organization of items. My only complaint is the prices are generally much too high. Often I’ll see a common item priced for only a few dollars less than retail, which is very disappointing. Every other aspect of this store, including customer service, is above average! Best goodwill store I’ve been to!

Pros - Staff are friendly, most items are reasonably priced, store is fairly clean.
Cons - No Dressing Rooms to try on clothing. You don't get a refund, you get store credit. I've been in quite a few Goodwill stores in other states and have never seen anything like this! You have lost sales from my family and I'm sure others have walked out empty-handed also!

Staff is amazing. Always find something great. Can be messy, but it's not the staff's fault. Good book selection.

The pricing is out of control. $90 for a broken Cabelas cooler? Way overpriced on many items. They see a brand name and it scrambles their brain.

This place is sooo over priced. You can find dollar tree items for twice the new price. Clothing is organized poorly. I'm not sure where they come up with their prices, but they really make no sense.

Great place, but am so surprised when I learned they aren’t able to pick up donated furniture. Unfortunately we have no way to get it 2 70” leather couches to them.

Great customer service. Store clean and well stocked. No dressing rooms though and even though you pay cash, you'll only get a gift card back that you have to use there. So there is no more savings there because it also costs you gas to take it back...by that time you could have bought it brand new at Walmart and saved on gas and milage. Plus check receipts, I got jipped $10 today.

The epitome of corporate greed. Do you want to know why they are pricing things so high? Because each employee is given a daily goal of $2000 worth of merchandise that they are required to price. If they don't reach this goal they face corrective actions such as write-ups and even up to termination. So items are being priced higher in an attempt to avoid corrective actions. Anything that does not sell at Goodwill is destroyed, even if it is brand new and in the package. They don't discount it further after it's een on the color tag sale, they would rather destroy it than donate it. There are so many amazing programs around here that they could donate things to. For example there is Hope Heals which is a program that helps people with the basic necessities when they get into a new place and are trying to get on their feet, Nana's closet that helps families get the items they need for after they've had a baby and even items and clothing for older children too sometimes. There are so many different ways to handle items that are not able to sell here and yet if they can't make a quick buck they just toss it. Just like their employees.
