Super disappointing experience i just had. I come here almost every day as it is 2 blocks from my house. Starbucks today was closed with no explanation on a random Monday. I went over to get some chicken tenders and stood there with my husband for more than 10 minutes waiting for the two people behind the counter to acknowledge us. Made eye contact so many times, never said anything. Quite a line amassed. We walked away and heard someone get talked to so we turned around and went back. One of the people finally came up and asked me what i needed. I said "can i get 2 chicken tenders and-" and she cut me off to say "woah woah I'm not deli, i can't help you but he can" pointing to a man who had been seemingly doing nothing the whole time. He didn't move or come to take our order. Also, If she is not deli, why is she packing sandwiches in the deli? Does it take special training to throw chicken tenders in a bag? I give 3 stars bc when i do get the chicken it's sooo good. I know it's the same at Albertsons but never as good. I went there after this to get chicken and didn't get it there either bc it was all dried up

I love shopping here. The management is helpful, the checkers are polite and chatty, and the store is super clean. You can tell they're making an effort to modernize with the times. Love to shop here!

Staff is great! They have not been adviced to wear gloves by management in Plaza way branch. I belive CDC requires such. Downtown Safeway: 40+ year bathrooms stink. Parking lot trashy, and yellow lines diving parking spots are erased causing inadverted double parking. Management has ignored these problems for years. Carpets chronically soiled. HELP!

Holy Cow man! To the sweet lady at the register Thursday night around 11pm (6/20) thank you for making us feel like home on our vacation! I'm sorry I don't remember your name, like I said I would forget! You're great none the less. But also Rick, you were great! 5 stars to both of you for your outstanding customer service!

The pharmacy has a few people that should never have a job dealing with the public. Over the years the quality of the store, staff (including the manager) & service has greatly deteriorated. Most staff members seem miserable & completely burned out.

I was really impressed at a 4 for $9 12 pack of generic diet soda. Basil said it tasted pretty good. I needed to pick up sugar in the raw for when restaurants don't carry it. They had regular and organic. Got both. A nice, handy restroom in back and a handy lottery machine in the front. A friendly, helpful Scottish lad showed me how to use it. MN doesn't have this chain but I really like it.
