I’ve come to talk to a manger twice after getting not so great service at other branches concerning delicate situations and the managers at this branch are always so kind and understanding. Today i came in and the two ladies that assisted me (one was a manager) were patient, showed genuine care, and did what they could to help and talked me through any issues.
