“O'Reilly are good people, they tell it like it is. If have questions, your not sure about a product or part. They'll explain it, making sure you understand. Without the demeaning looks and tone you most likely get, from a neighboring auto parts store.”

“Superb service, Grayson was knowledgeable on exactly what I needed. He was helpful and prompt. I recommend this place and by reading the reviews from a few years ago. Seems like the did something right with changing up the staff. Thanks again Grayson”

“My USB charge cords for my iPhone were increasingly inconsistent supplying power to the port, would not seat properly, had to be at just the right angle to get it to charge. I assumed that I would need a new port installed and Batteries Plus is an authorized iPhone repair station, so I took it there. But the guy said he would try cleaning the port first as that often was the problem for these kinds of issues. In a few minutes, he was able to get out a couple of chunks of dirt/lint about the size of a pine nut! He finished cleaning the phone and had me plug into his cord, worked great and zero problem since. The cleaning cost $16 and change, versus $130-$150 for a new port. Thank you Batteries Plus!”

“They were very kind and let my daughter borrow a screwdriver. There was no wait required and the entire amount of time we spent there was 15 minutes or less, and that includes the time it took to replace the taillight. ?”
