“This gym is great. They have plenty of equipment and support and one of the only gyms in a very rural area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating of me only needing to use the facility shorty term. Would highly recommend.”

“I’ve been training at YSP for 5–6 years and it’s played a huge role in my development. When I started, I struggled with consistency and structure. Over time, training became part of my daily routine and helped improve my strength, energy, and mindset. The environment and coaching push you to get better. Because of that, I was able to pass the Air Force Special Warfare initial fitness test. If you’re thinking about it—invest in yourself.”

“The location is much better since Yanette took over as manager. She is exceptional and helpful. She keeps a clean gym with a good community around it. A home away from home. Members assist when you ask for help and are very friendly. I don’t think there could be a better person for the job! Amazing! ❤️”
