Called late at night when my driver took a wrong turn and ended up stuck in snow and a ditch and he was able to get out there and get him back on the road the same night. Hard to find people who want to work these days and are willing to work with you on price and not take advantage. I will def be saving his number (hope i never need it again but just in case lol) glad i was recommend to you. thanks again we were able to make delivery on time also!!”
“I went here out of convenience, the location is near my work. I was pleasantly surprised. The clutch went out in my Jeep and normally I would do the work myself but because I needed it done sooner than later and did not want to bother with towing I took a chance on BIC Automotive. They had my Jeep done in a day and a half. Not only did they repair my clutch but they fixed and adjusted a few other lingering problems I haven't had time to take care of. They stayed in communication with me through the whole process. Their prices are very reasonable especially for the high quality of work they do. Both mechanics I talked to were very professional. I strongly recommend this garage for all your automotive needs.”

“The guy was really understanding and worked with us too have the best outcome we could hope for. I really disagree with police being able to impound your car for absolutely no reason, except the power trip he was on.... and then I'm sick with a giant impound bill that I can't afford just to get my only mode of transportation back... so I either borrow the money I need from somewhere and pay the outrageous bill... or I say screw it and just look for another cheap car somewhere... but then I'll eventually get stuck with the bill in collections, which will then suspends my license... I think the whole business is a scam....I do have to say though, that the owner of this tow company was more understanding than most, and worked out a deal with us that we could live with, even if we weren't exactly what you'd call happy with the whole thing.”
