The people here are very nice but and loading was quick. Downside was I had an appointment for 0700 and arrived at 0645. Checked in and I'm guessing loading didn't start until 0800 multiple trucks came in after me and got loaded almost immediately. Went it to check what was going on being I was the first truck to check in and they said they were waiting on some fruit from another warehouse and didn't know when that fruit would be there. Waited until 1730 and finally got on the dock and was loaded fairly quick. Out the gate by 1800 unfortunately this caused me to miss my other three appointment times but luckily two of the three were open 24 hours loading. Now I have to wait at my last pickup until they open which puts me even further behind. No on-site overnight parking but there is a gas station at the redlight with parking for $10 per night or purchase of $20 in store or 25 gallons fuel. Very friendly people and they did they're best to figure out what was taking so long.

Man they erased the trauma endured from last load. Probably the only shipper I’d give 5 stars to even though they don’t have overnight parking. In and out in 40 minutes. They don’t have you sign a 100 pages to check in and everyone there is chill. The loaders are by far the nicest and quickest I’ve seen in the industry. Please don’t change y’all.

A lack of respect and waste of time with the drivers. There is no appointment, and they load the truck as they understand. It's been 4 hours and they still haven't given me a door to load. Trucks arrive and leave and I nothing.

If I get here at 7:30AM to be loaded and over a dozen other trucks have been loaded before me and it's going on 2PM... Well then it isn't actually FCFS then is it? No, it's more like, "Show up when we open and we'll load you when we feel like it, go pound sand in the mean time"
