“Panther RV Products quickly shipped a Surburban Water Heater, access door and control switch that I ordered. I had trouble getting the water heater to work and they patiently helped me troubleshoot the problem and sent me a new control card when we were collectively at wits end. Further testing showed that the card was not the issue after all, it was how the switch was wired into the circuit that caused the problem. They were gracious thru the whole process and I sent them what I think will prove to be a better trouble shooting process to use in the future to help someone that finds them in the same spot as me. (I wish the Suburban wiring diagram for the Water Heater install showed one more wire, the ground to the switch.)”
