Mitch greeted me with a cheerful disposition even though it was super early in the morning. He helped me figure out which battery I needed and was extremely helpful in that regard.

He then installed the battery for me, and we made small talk about engines and computers. He's incredibly down to earth and friendly. I can't tell you how much stress this took off my plate. He installed the battery in about five minutes and the engine started perfectly.
