About Best Western Plus Port Of Camas-Washougal Convention Center
Best Western Plus Port Of Camas-Washougal Convention Center is a beautiful, clean, and new hotel with a great location right by the river, offering huge views of Mount Hood and even river views from some rooms. The hotel is very nice and comfortable, with very spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Guests can take advantage of the hot tub and sauna. The staff is very friendly, polite, welcoming, and competent, often going above and beyond for guests. The front desk hosts are awesome and take care of anything needed in a timely manner. The cleaning staff is also friendly, polite, and graciously makes guests feel welcome, keeping rooms very well kept. Breakfast is good with hot, prompt, tasty, and well-stocked variety. Safety is noted with key card access required at every door after dark. Some negatives include very tight bathrooms that need upgraded, occasional bugs, a desperately dirty lobby coffee machine, and sometimes a lack of hot water, leaving it lukewarm. Despite this, the overall experience is great, and many would stay again.
The hotel is very nice and comfortable with good breakfast variety. The bathrooms are very tight and need upgraded. I killed 3 bugs in bathroom. Yach!

For a garden variety business hotel, this one is clean and new. Jasmine at the front desk is Awesome! She's never too busy to answer dumb questions, make suggestions for travelers, or help a tired guest figure out the dryer. She works as though it's the Ritz Carlton and I hope she gets taken care of by the company.

I even had a river view! My only negative feedback is that they DESPERATELY need to clean the coffee machine in the lobby. It puts out some truly terrible coffee, but it's a cool machine.
