“this place has been so helpful to me, and they are always friendly. it's a great community and i especially love the free chair yoga i just learned about on tuesdays @1”
“Wonderful, warm, friendly folks. I wasn't there for long, but there was a real sense of community among the parishioners that was palpable. Very nice people.”
“I was searching for the RIGHT church in 2006 when I came through the doors of MVCC and have stayed ever since. This is the most friendly God fearing church. The Pastors teach from the Bible, not swaying to meet the current tide of events. The church reaches out to the community to help in every way possible. They offer many courses in how to become a more sincere believer. They work hard on encouraging father and son relationships.”
“My family and I have been attending service here for years. I see a few comments about people not wearing masks, having American flag shirts on, etc. This church's purpose is not to monitor every person that comes thru the door. Nor do they exclude anyone for any reason. Much like Jesus. Seems like a few making comments need to rethink their judgement of others and their true purpose for being there in the first place!
Big thank you to pastor Andrew. Always a little bummed when you are not the one giving the sermon. We stream your service from home most of the time, thru You tube or your streaming app. I love that you have added that option. Keep up the good work. We appreciate all you do!!”

“I'm just here to share how I feel and as my religion goes, I do have a higher power. Regardless of that, I have so much respect for the words of encouragement shared in this establishment every time I attended.Going to this church filled my heart in a way that was much needed on many occasions with no pressure or push to join. They always makeyou feel wanted and worthy of being a real human being, even if you didn't contribute financially speaking!! There is disabled parking, Security every Inch of that parking lot- Driving around on a golf cart. They will even pick you up and give you door to door service. Also babysitting for the youngins with plenty to do to enjoy while you enjoy your partnership in this facility! Mind you this is all free and I believe volunteers help welcome you every step of the way! Great stuff!! Oh and one more thing, huge screens with large captioning for those who can't remember their glasses ? and more than enough seating!! Hope this helps ? blessings to you all!! ?”
“I grew up in this church and everything about Gateway is truly centered on God. I want to take this time to be open about my walk with God and how he has truly worked through Gateway.
Jeremiah 1:5, “I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb. Before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as a prophet to the nations.” This verse is the very breath God has breathed into my lungs, this is a prominent part of my testimony. While being raised in the church, the enemy still found ways to deceive me and pull me away from the Father. I struggled a lot with depression, anxiety and suicidal ideation while growing up, all of which only led me back to God.
Had it not been for my mother and the ministry within Gateway, I don’t know if I would have ever found my way back to God. My mother fought for me through prayer and hardship while raising me, she never gave up on me. But she wasn’t doing all of this alone, she had the support of God through Gateway’s ministry. A ministry in which, fought for me too. During high school is when I stopped going to Gateway, flash forward to 8 years later, I stepped back into my home and everyone who knew me since I was a child was not only so welcoming, but so happy to see me, so happy that I had finally returned home.
As I’m writing this, I’m getting emotional because of how much love I feel and how much God has poured out his love to me through Gateway. Not only do you feel the presence of God when you walk into Gateway; listening to the sermons, you can tell God is speaking to you through the pastor's. Gateway embodies the saying “come as you are” and when I came as I was after not going for so long, I could see how the enemy was trying so hard to prevent me from feeling welcomed and from feeling God’s love. But my God is bigger than that. As I’ve continued to attend Gateway, the enemy’s schemes and deception is losing grip on me, God is reclaiming me and showing me his grace and his mercy.
If anyone is looking for a safe, secure and sound church, I highly recommend and encourage those to attend Gateway. You will feel the Holy Spirit and you will feel God’s love.”
