After they told us to get our car down there soon as possible we couldn’t get it in till the next day. The guy at the desk. Marty. Got so disrespectful that she ended up leaving in tears. I got there and he kept with the disrespect, I wasn’t having it so I let him know I’m a long time costumer and referred everyone. Not ever again. If that’s how you treat women and your customers we are done. Now to try and get the car home broke down still ? someone will take the $2500 car fix somewhere else

I used them to repair my air conditioner and they said I would have to leave the vehicle there so they could evaluate what was making the bearing noise after their inspection I was told that it was just a bearing that could be replaced so they charged me almost $300.00 when I got my truck back it was noisier than when I bought it so I bought it back and was told that in fact that the whole air conditioner compressor would need to be replaced And that would cost me over $650.00 I also mentioned to them that my windshield washer was not working and if they may of disconnected something and was told that no way any thing that they did would effect my washer my mechanic friend told me he would help me replace the compressor and it cost me Less than $150.00 and in the process I discovered two wires that had been disconnected and I reconnected them when I asked two different people at mikes who said they had not disconnected anything and didn’t even go out to look So basically I was charged over $300.00 for an inspection and for parts that didn’t fix the problem.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I called yesterday and had my truck towed over in the afternoon. I called at 8:00 this morning. It was already fixed. Fast, good price, and good work. What more can you ask.

I will never use Mike's ever again. took my super duty truck to them to have my front ball joints replaced and steering looked at since I didn't have the time to do the work my self. This is a truck that doesn't get used every much since I drive a company truck. They replaced the ball joints, wheel bearings and tie rod ends $1,500 parts and labor. Picked up the truck and drove it and noticed that the steering was still sloppy, took the truck back and they tightened up the steering box. they told me it will be a little tight but it should loosen up over time. it's been two years know and less than 5,000 miles since the work was done on the truck and the steering is so bad now that it has become dangerous to dive. I pulled it in my shop and took the hole front end apart and found that they use cheap Chinese ball joint parts which had sized up on both sides causing major failure. I called Mike's auto and they said that my had no invoice in there computer system. they told me to send a picture of the invoice which I did. "Silence" I have purchased all new top quality parts which are far less than Mike's cheep low grade parts which They had over charged me for. They replaced the wheel bearing assembly but never fixed the 4 wheel drive vacuum hub assembly system. Shame on my for thinking I would getting a fair an professional installation. It's obvious to me that they are out there to make a quick buck!

The place time forgot and I'm glad. What you see is what you get, small town feel, good and fair prices, honest work. No frills, no fluff, better love dogs, they are there and are enormous.

My truck recently had a major issue with the exhaust manifolds both going bad... Yes it is a Ford . Marty was nice to talk to and seemed knowledgeable. They fixed it and it's runny great now! Only slight complaint is when they tore into it more and needed more parts. I wasn't made aware until it came time to pay. Original estimate was at $1,300 ended up being $2,100.

Mikes has always been a good place to go I’ve gone there for years and years. The problem now is, Mike does not work on the cars anymore, he has these other rookie mechanics that really aren’t that good work on the cars, so that is why I stopped going. They don’t do that great of work anymore.Services: General repairs & maintenance

These guys are awesome. Fair, fast and efficient. Very hard to find a trustworthy mechanic. I tried Mikes out this week for a cooling issue that involved an expansion valve and my cooling fan, as well as regular service- they also replaced a wheel bearing. Very upfront guys, no nonsense. They fixed my issues and had the work truck back on the road quickly. Mikes was recommended to me by my nurse from the hospital and I'm glad I went. She's been using him for over a decade and I see why. My family is already asking me where to go. It's about 8 minutes off highway 14- easy to get to. It's worth the little extra drive to have your vehicles repaired. Thank you Wade and everyone else. I appreciate it.

This fellow is THE BEST. Our old F250 had been reposted multiple times by him, always quickly and with reasonable rates. Highly recommend. Note: getting into/out of the driveway/parking is a challenge, but totally worth it.
