They fixed the tire on my truck after just a few minutes wait. I was going to use that wait time to answer a few calls, but, they got it done to fast. I like that problem. I was impressed by the work ethic of the young fella.

I tried to schedule an appointment to tow my car there for service after sitting idle for over two years, but the b***h on the phone was so incredibly rude that I called back and canceled my appointment.I thought customer service in the US was excellent compared to Portugal, where we now live, but something has obviously gone very wrong since we left two plus years ago.CombatCritic Gives Highway Fuel Point 0 Bombs Our Of 10 And A Spot On My WALL OF SHAME ... I have brought all of my work here for the past ten years. I have always been impressed with their work and their labor rates. They had gained my complete trust. A couple of days ago I had some work done and noticed on the invoice that the labor hours have increased by 54% for the same job on the same car. I suppose that with their new affiliation with a group called Point S they are now using a new estimator program that gives them a fat increase in labor time compared to their previous program. Mine went from 1.3 hours to 2.0 hours. Most people would likely never detect this change but I keep records. I really hate this but I will be looking for a different place to go for my future service needs. I regret that I became abusive to their service manager who probably had nothing to do with this. I am lacking patience in my old age.

Staff are friendly. 3 stars because I question their pump integrity. My car has a 16 gallon tank. Yet, the pump kept going past 17 gallons at $75 and had not begun to top off. After starting my car it still lacked 1/4 tank to reach full. I don't get my gas there anymore. I go to that other place with the big garage doors and tall cover.

Took our Nissan Versa in because it had a leak that was filling up the passenger side area. I didn't hear anything, so I called on the second day for an update and was told that they don't do rainwater leaks. Why would they not tell me this when I called to book the appointment? This is where I learned that not only had they not fixed the issue, they had left the car overnight out in the rain so that it could fill with water. I am angry and frustrated that Hiway Fuel made such a hassle for me and showed such a lack of care for my car.

I took my truck in to get my Air Conditioner serviced. They called me about 4 hours later and said it was ready. I went to pick it up and they couldn't find the invoice. After about fifteen minutes and me telling them 3 times what my last name was, they found it. They had my last name, address and description of my truck Wrong! I paid the bill and drove off. After about 5 minutes, the AC quit working. I called them and told them it was Not working and Brenda got really Snippy with me. I then spoke to one of the mechanics and he told me to bring it back. Transferred me back to miss Snippy. She told me the next available appointment was Two and one half weeks away. This is BS! If you need Quality Service on your vehicle without Bad Attitude, Go Somewhere Else!!! I got my AC repaired by another Competent Mechanic elsewhere. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Frustrating, I took my car in to see how much it would cost to fix the AC, I told Brenda I'd already tried to recharge it and was trying to see how much it would cost to fix, she told me they would call and let me know. They came back and said it would be a big job, too much. Said it would be $60 to get my keys back. If I'd known this I wouldn't have brought it in for a quote. I asked Kevin to waive it, he said no. Not transparent, surprise fees.

Do not go here! Our breaks got "fixed" by them bout 8 months ago, and we're now having to pay almost $800 to fix all the s*** they broke! The driver side caliber was missing 5 bolts, the bolts of the tire were stripped, the back breaks didn't have the copper washers on them, and all 4 are leaking break fluid! F*** this company!!

I used to have all my service work done at Hiway Fuel, but was dissatisfied with the customer service when there was a change in service managers a few years ago. Thought I would give them another chance. Did I make a mistake? I came in to the Washougal location two days ago to requesting a quote on replacing front and rear struts on my 2004 Expedition 4x4 5.4L. I haven't heard back and am unable to reach the service department via email or phone... Can someone/anyone let me know it they are interested in doing this service work?
