Jazz and Kathy were very helpful and made my eight package drop off a lot smoother than anticipated. They informed me that they had a dolly so I didn’t have to bring each package in one at a time. Above and beyond customer service I would highly recommend this location!

I came in yesterday (6/21/25) evening around 6pm or so, the gentleman working (not sure of his name) did an excellent job! He was the only one working with a massive line of customers, mostly a ton of Amazon returns. He handled the rush so great!! Not many people will comment on the GOOD that people do, I just wanted to share how professional he was! His hard work shows! Keep doing great!!😊

Angelo is great! I was just in during a very busy time. He stayed focused and polite. I appreciate him always being helpful.
Unfortunately, he was ridiculed by his coworker, name unknown… This no named coworker is rude and went out of his way to belittle Angelo in front of about 10 customers. Shame on the unnamed
coworkers. I will be talking to the owner next time I see him.

Do not send your printing here! We have had an issue over and over again with them saying they don’t receive anything, only to find it later. I am literally In their parking lot right now after being told by the “gentleman” at the counter that “he’s not Microsoft so he can’t explain why they haven’t received our emailed file”.
I understand technology can sometimes get in the way, but behavior like this is why this business will never get anymore of mine, and we do a ton of printing for our clients.
