“Probably the easiest, least stressful experience I have ever experienced buying a used car. Their website had lots of information about each vehicle they had, so we had a decent idea of what we wanted to look at before getting to the lot.
We parked and spotted the cars we wanted to look at right away. We walked over and were able to look over the outside of each to the cars and discuss together about which car we wanted to look at further. There was a lot of different options to look at, their lot was full. The website inventory was easy to filter through so I could quickly see the specs of the cars I was looking at in person, plus the prices were clearing marked online for each car so I could compare the values easily. The sales guys got the keys right away for the one I wanted to test drive and was very friendly. They were honest and upfront about vehicle history. It was such a nice experience working with them. There was no shady sales pitch or stress. They were able to get us a signed deal in under 3 hours! When the husband said he wanted to go look at cars today I was expecting to be out all day and get nothing else done. But instead we got to get some errands done while our new to us car got detailed and got to take a family drive in the car before dinner time.

“My experience was in Boise. I was almost an hour early but they jumped right on it. Checked my vehicle out, confirmed the offer I got on the app, and initiated the wire transfer. It was easy and fair. My only complaint is I had to drive 8 hours for a drop off location. Wish there were more options in the Inter Mountain west.”

I like that we are responsible for the dmv side of things and that they only charge $35 for the temporary permit and the sticker price on the vehicle is truly the price you pay without hundreds added on for fees and b.s. thank you guys so much. We love the car and so far we've had no issues with it. Will definitely be returning in the future.”

“My husband and I bought our first car together after riding a bus for years. The car was affordable on our small budget with high miles.
The car runs really good and made 2 trips to Crescent City CA to see family. There is only some minor work to be done due to a fire next door and melted the paint and 1 headlight. We also have a cracked serpentine belt.
I was nervous about getting an older car with high mileage but this Toyota is perfect for us and very good on gas.”
