About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service (USPS) generally provides great service, with friendly and competent postal clerks who know how to handle business shipments efficiently. Customers praise the outstanding service they have experienced, particularly at the Wauna Post Office, which has been the best in the area for many years. While most staff are described as friendly, genuine, and helpful, there have been some concerns about a specific supervisor who is reported to be rude, unprofessional, and condescending towards both employees and customers.

Stacie (sp) was a kind lady that assisted me with verification while two kind ladies patiently waited. Awesome service! Plenty parking.

Great service! The gal who helped me both times was very friendly! She took the time to reprint my tracking receipt which was a life saver!
