The customer service was top notch and communication constantly. My car was repaired quick and they did a quality job on paining my car back to factory. I’ve been to another shop in Wenatchee and trust me Caliber Collision was a way better experience by far. Thank you guys

Caliber Collision has top notch customer service, my interaction with Derek Den Adel was great, he had driven 2 hours to help a customer the day that I had worked with him. To me that is above and beyond customer service.

Caliber Collision is the place to take your vehicle if you want professional, friendly people, communication updates, kept the price low and did an excellent job on the repair. I cant say enough about this company. They also guarantee their work as long as you own the vehicle.

We brought a work truck in to replace the bumper. It looks great. They went above and beyond and straightened out some other stuff which wasn't on the bill. We are greatful for the good service we got.

Everything and everyone at Caliber Collision of Wenatchee was superb, top notch quality. I was treated with respect, but not in a stuffy way. They talked to me like a real human being, which is hard to find in customer service in today's world. All my concerns and issues were addressed and they kept me updated literally almost everyday along the way. It didn't matter whom I spoke with when I called or visited the shop, every single person had the same amazing attitude and helped me get answers to my questions. I've brought my cars here a few times over the 8 years I've lived in the area and it is the only place I'll continue to do so. I have yet to find a trustworthy engine mechanic for typical car issues in Wenatchee, but I am beyond thrilled to at least have Caliber Collision for my body repair work.
