Our pharmacist Phil is a very efficient and caring man. Just today he handled a prescription quickly, which we appreciated very much. The caring way Phil operates the Albertson's Save-On Pharmacy is a real credit to the company. We will keep buying our Rx from Sav-On in Wenatchee especially when we can work with Phil. I've been coming here for nearly 20 years and have never had an issue. Normally, I really like the staff. However, I was disappointed by the unprofessional and inappropriate comments made during my last visit. I expected a pharmacy to focus on patient care, not personal gossip. I’ve since transferred my prescriptions.

Horrible! Ever in my 60 years encountered this mix of incompetence, indifference towards patient and even for the responsibility as they have as pharmacists. Not knowing what they are doing or how medication or vaccines work have consequences on people health and this pharmacy should not be trusted. Have been turned back (to come tomorrow, or Tuesday or after 2pm 'when my other colleague is in because I can't find the note' and so on) more than once by both of the 2 pharmacists at Albersons Wenatchee location for reasons that could have been solved on the spot. They don't care and proudly just deny doing their jobs.

I have had several interactions with Albertson’s pharmacy.The staff are so friendly and the fastest pharmacy I have ever worked with, EVERY TIME! Often times my prescriptions are ready before I leave the doctor’s office and definitely by the time I drive there.
Thank you Aaron and Angela for the amazing service I received today filling many prescriptions and answering all my questions.

I can’t get refills of Ozempic. Why am I continually told ‘it’s backordered’. Is there a pharmacy that knows how to “preorder?” Incompetent pharmacies need to be absorbed by competent ones. Goodbye “Savon”

Is there a score lower than1 star? That's what I want to give as my review. Our medical practice tried for over a week to connect with the pharmacy to get registered so we could get our patients' prescription filled. No answer, voice mailbox was full, no fax number, nobody answers the phone, and the Albertson's own on-site customer service was unable to reach them (in house) - serious dysfunction. We will not be using the pharmacy moving forward. Worst service.

I have had not a single good experience at this Pharmacy in at least 8 interactions in 5 months since I had a choice of pharmacies with new insurance. Today was the final straw. I had an appt at noon for an immunization. They opened at 10 am and failed to inform me that they ran out of this vaccine 2 days ago. Surprise! Previous interactions caused me to run in circles trying to satisfy requirements and in the end say sorry, we don't actually provide these with your insurance causing me to run out of supplies with no way to regulate my blood sugar for 10 days. The pharmacist says this sounds like a training opportunity as his explanation technique. Also the text reminders that med refills are ready had never notified me once, phone # has been updated and verified, but still in their system wrong. I have been so proactive and so disappointed with each experience. Time to move on to a professional pharmacy.
