Angler’s (Ken) was recommended to me by my Niece for an issue I was having with my radiator losing fluid while we were camping in Chelan. We were in a pickle and needed help right away because we needed to be able to tow our trailer back across the mountain and be home for an obligation at the end of the week. When I contacted Anglers it was Ken the owner I spoke with and he told me to bring my truck in right away that same day. It turned out my radiator was cracked and they replaced it in less than 24 hours after I’d brought it to them even though the shop was obviously very busy. The service was over the moon exceptional and Ken treated us like family. I just wish we lived in Wenatchee so I could have all my automotive work done at Anglers. Thanks again for saving our bacon Ken!

As usual, Ken and Jerimiah were as helpful as ever. The shop is slow at the moment and they had room for servicing the wheel bearings on our 24'trailer. We've been having them service our cars since we moved here 15 years ago. I recommend them as often as I can.

If i could give ZERO stars i would. Owner is a professional liar and an unprofessional business owner. I would veer far right from Anglers if you value your money and time. The "repairs" were completely off from what was actually needing to be done and when questioned about it he threw a fit like a child who didn't get their way. I have never seen anything quite like it and i never want to again. Nothing was rectified, he didn't care. Just another dollar in his pocket. He needs help. I recommend High tech or Mid Valley. They are good people. They wont rip you off, they know what they are doing and they know what honesty, respect and service is.

I was visiting the area, when my crankshaft position sensor in my Denali failed on me (3 hours away from home in the snow). All the other local shops were booked for weeks out. I explained my situation to an employee of Anglers’s and he decided to help me and my family, even though he was very busy. They were compassionate to my situation. They fixed my car in no time. The price was very reasonable, and their customer service was on point. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again for being there for my family!

I used these guys once, and will never be back. I needed them to troubleshoot a sound on my Subaru. I thought I had a bad CV axel (common issue with Subaru's) but instead it appeared to be a heat shield on the wheel that was rubbing. Fair enough, easy fix. Instead, they chopped it off on the passenger side. About a day later, the noise was back. I crawled under the car and could see the drivers side was doing the same. I took a screwdriver and bent the shield out of the way and noise never returned. I'm just baffled that they didn't know how to fix the issue easily or without a less destructive way. Tells me they didn't test drive it or really diagnose the issue to begin with.

On vacation and broke down. They were able to get our car in quickly and diagnosed and replaced a cooling fan which we appreciated. However, after they did their tests and repair, they said we needed a head gasket for $4000. My husband used to be a mechanic and did not trust their assessment so we towed the car home to Spokane to a garage we trust. As it turned out, we did NOT need a head gasket at all. Anglers just left a big air bubble in the cooling system from their repair which was causing it to overheat. I’m so NOT impressed that they wanted to charge us $4000 for an unnecessary repair.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I had my vehicle towed there and get this they got to it in two days, spent a little bit of time, letting me know the problem, and here’s the kicker. She said there was it gonna charge because it didn’t take them that much time. Oh, also, a live person answers the phone, and was very pleasant. Anglers deserves a 5 star rating!For over 10 years I've been using Anglers to fix and maintain our vehicles.And each time they proven to be honest, reliable and have good customer service. I can tell they actually take pride in their work and are good at what they do for this community.Most Recent job- '03 Chevy Silverado. Transmission swap and new radiator. A few months ago, I had Angler's remove my old transmission that was failing and replace it with a remanufactured transmission from Jerry's Auto Supply. They did a fantastic job and were fair and honest with the price of labor. I've put over a thousand miles on this new transmission since then and I couldn't be happier. My truck is shifting so smoothly and it runs great now!Anglers has been working on all of our vehicles for the past 10 years, and it should be noted that they deserve an A++ or a 5 star rating. They have remained consistent in their work ethics and customer service over this past decade.Every experience I've had with them has been one of integrity and quality work.They are honest, dilligent, and have a quick turn around time. Also, they are friendly and easy to work with.
