I can’t say how thankful I am for Javier making my 4th of July vacation happen. The alternator failed on my RV the day before we’re about to leave, no parts stores could have one. He took my alternator put brand new parts inside and had it back to me mid morning. I got my RV running by noon and we’re off to our vacation.

I couldn't recommend Romaine Electric any more highly! They solved the problem of my dim headlights and their rates are very reasonable. Javier is kind, professional, and was extremely helpful. I'd give their name out to anyone who suspects they have an electrical issue with their vehicle.

Javier is awesome. Spent time on a tricky parasitic drain on my car. He wasn't able to fix the problem however, he helped me narrow it down to the two components that needed to be replaced. Without his expertise I would have spent quite a bit of money throwing parts at it. Didn't charge me a dime! Very honest!

I called the Wenatchee office and the manager was very helpful over the phone listening and asking questions. He said stop by anytime and he would take a look at my no power to low beam issue on my 2006 Yukon. I stopped by the next day and the service and attention to detail was top notch. Fixed my problem that I had been fighting for a while. Will most diffidently go back and highly recommend. Shop very clean, service tremendous and their job is their passion. Thank you.

Javier is trustworthy and honest. I brought my vehicle in to install a kill switch. He was the 3rd person to look at it and found there was already a kill switch installed! I have limited knowledge on vehicles and he could have easily took advantage and installed another one. Thank you, Javier! I will definitely recommend you to others.

I one time had an electrical issue I couldn't figured out because I took my alternator into an auto parts store and got it tested, only for them to tell me it was fine and nothing was wrong w it. last ditch effort I took it to auto electric and the guy tested it and ended up saying the same thing. BUT he actually asked me a few questions and proceeded to open it up only to find sure enough some solder joints on the rectifier or whatever it was looked sus and sure enough while running the solder would get hot and short causing me to lose all lights, everything while driving. Anyways he did all that w/out promise of even selling anything so that's good service if you ask me. and yes I purchased an alternator. would definitely recommend.

I had problems with my sunroof they told me what to try first I also had window problems they found the problem quickly and they fixed it I was very pleased with the work I highly recommend them to anyone with electrical problems to go there awesome thank you

Javier is kind and trustworthy. He checked out my old alternator and said it couldn’t be rebuilt so he sold me a new one. This place has great service!

I travel with my van from Argentina and this place seemed super recommendable. Javier helped me and was very honest with me. He checked my battery and my starter, which I thought I had to change and he advised me not to spend money on it. Since the problem was different, I am very grateful to meet people like this.

I can’t speak more highly of these guys. I brought in my wife’s car with a troubled A/C. After spending numerous hours trying to diagnose the problem, it was going to cost more than it was worth. They didn’t oversell me and we wouldn’t even take payment. I had to shove some 20s down Javiers shirt! Anyway I sincerely appreciate the integrity and being given a fair shake. Thanks hugely guys.
