I'm from Seattle, and every place I go to is usually card only and no cash accepted, however this place has no tap to pay or credit card machine? It's 2025, how is this even possible? I really had high hopes for this place because it's very close to my new spot, and the prices seemed reasonable... Hopefully they integrate credit card payment on the car washes or at least to buy tokens...

If I could give it a zero star, I would. I went by there today and put 10 dollars in the car wash part, and it never turned on any signs anywhere saying out of order, so I went to the stall next to that and put 1.50 just to see if it would work, and the one didn't work either what a rip-off and waste of money. No phone number is listed anywhere; otherwise, I would have called them instead of leaving a review. I used to come to this car wash all the time, but I won't be back now.

I came to this car wash because I was looking for a touchless automatic car wash in Wenatchee. Unfortunately the machine seemed to be off, it wouldn’t let me select a wash cycle or insert my money. The garage doors were also closed on the touchless automatic bay. I ended up driving to another car wash in Wenatchee with a functioning touchless automatic bay.

Before yesterday I would have given a 5 star rating. Cheapest no touch car wash in town. After having trouble with the machine rejecting bills, I purchased tokens from the owner and over the last 2 years have used it regularly. Yesterday I didn't have tokens with me so used a $5 bill for a $4.50 wash. It took my bill and returned 2 quarters,but when I entered the stall the wash didn't start. After backing up and moving forward a couple times I left. I went back today in the hope someone would be there to refund my money. Nobody was there so I attempted to wash again using tokens. the machine kept returning the tokens and the readerboard said the stall was in use. After waiting some time I tried again with no success. Help!! How do I get credit for the wash I paid for and when is the wash going to work? What is the best time and/or day to find someone there to help with my problem since the phone # has been disconnected?
