“If you are looking for cheap products don't go here. This place sells the very best products in my opinion. My favorite is probably the Armstrong sockets and ratchets. The other thing I like here are the drill bits. They last a very long time. it is a little more money because of the service you get.”
“We've spent the last two days shopping at Lowe's in Wenatchee (unfortunately had to drive back from Chelan as the toilet didn't fit). I will have to say that on both visits their customer service was absolutely OUTSTANDING! I honestly can say I have never been to a better ran home improvement store in my life and with, at one time, owning 5 houses, I have quite a bit of experience. Usually you can never find help and here in Wenatchee we had the greatest experience with many employees. Keep up the great customer service and many kudos to your management and staff!
