“The young man that met me at the Hertz counter and helped me throughout the transaction was absolutely outstanding. He was the same person that met me when I returned the car! And again, he thanked me and told me how much he appreciated my business with Hertz. I went into a small airport, but I got BIG service from this guy. He ran whole show. when I was walking into the terminal, after returning the car, HE WAS VACUUMING UP ONE OF THE CARS THAT HAD RETURNED!!! It seemed to be he was by himself, and he did a great job. HE should be the CEO of the company.

“I had an excellent experience with the Collision Center/Body Shop at Town Toyota, and I especially want to recognize Jim Furnish for going above and beyond. From start to finish, Jim was absolutely incredible to work with. He was knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and genuinely made the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
It’s clear that Jim truly cares about his customers and takes pride in providing exceptional service. His communication, willingness to help, and attention to detail made such a difference. I’m incredibly grateful for everything he did and would highly recommend the Collision Center/Body Shop at Town Toyota.”

“They told me how to avoid a one way rental charge of $500 by renting at a site away from the airport. They gave me a quote and when I paid it was LESS than the quote. Thank you!”
