Juan was a great sales rep! Took time to go through the options he had. He was very honest when he didn't know an answer, and looked it up for me on the spot! He was also very patient and understanding!!
I got hooked up with leasing a brand new 2025 car, paying less than I was paying on my USED 2021 vehicle that I was lied to about from a previous dealer.
He even walked me through the service department where I'll be taking my car when it comes time for routine maintenance. I felt like I joined a family! Haha.

I took my subaru outback in for its oil change last week and this time everything was perfect ? I mentioned last time I bought it in for the oil change it was leaking from the drain cap, but this time they secured it perfectly fine!! Very satisfied and pleased thank you subaru of wenatchee.

My kid was treated so nice when she was here to look a new Subaru which she bought. A month later my husband and I were treated just a well. We all asked that we not be bugged with phone calls from over zealous salesmen pushing us to make a decision and they respected our wishes. Angel E. gets an A+. Even to the photo of us with our new Subaru Outback decked with a huge red ribbon.
