Work on my car has taken an unreasonable amount of time. It took a week of calls and finally an in-person visit to be clear about the work I didn't want done: they had recommended hundreds of dollars in unnecessary part replacements. When we finally agreed on what would be fixed/replaced, I was told 2 weeks at most to have everything done. I got no updates in that time, and when I called 2 weeks later I was told that it would take at least another week (it sounded like no work had even been started). Still don't have my car back, and Cascade still hasn't called to give me any updates.I would not recommend them for any service or parts. Only upside is that my service advisor Jaimie has been nice.

I was about to sign on a new Subaru Forester after spending 3 hours with the salesman test driving and working out a deal. I was so excited and had gotten my hopes up, when they took the keys out of my hand last minute and said “it sold.” I was so disappointed that they didn’t care to communicate the fact that they working on two deals on the same car at the same time. They wasted my entire day off. They then proceeded to try to sell me a car 7k above my budget that I had clearly made known was not within my means. I will not be back, which is disappointing because I really wanted a Subaru!

Recently had cause to bring my car here for repairs after my student driver daughter had a little mishap!I have to say Nancy in the service department is a legend! She is so very customer focused and always trying to find the quickest most cost effective solution to whatever is wrong.She is an asset to the Subaru team and they would do well to make sure to hold onto her.

Dropped my wrx off for a transmission replacement and these guys took 6 months to get it done. Constant stalling and just not making the job a priority at all. On top of that, I had around 1000$ worth of equipment in my car (access port and radar detector) and when I got the car back they were gone. Subaru tried telling me I took the items out before I dropped it off but I know I didn’t. They then tried to tell me DICK’S towing took my stuff. Anyways, 6 months after I drop it off I pay them 1,700$ for labor and pick the car up. When I get into the car I put the clutch in and it would not touch the floor and it was pulling the brake pedal with it. Subaru being Subaru told me to drive it home and they will talk to their mechanic. Please anyone reading this don’t trust these guys with any kind of lengthy project they will F you over and take your stuff. They are scammers and it’s in their reviews. Dave Gonzales was the “supervisor” in charge of all this and he was horrible. Their “mechanics” in the back suck at what they do and I would not go here for service if I were you. Just a bunch of low life bums.Thank you subaru?

If I could give them more stars I would! Leon was the best sales associate! He was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us at all about what car to get. We went in to get a used car for commuting and left with a brand new Forester. After testing a few cars we made a decision…..till my husband said let’s just look at the Subarus. It was all over from there. We called Leon back out and went for a test drive and fell in love. For the difference in cost with a new car we new we were getting something that would last! We decided to go home and think about it just to make sure it was what we wanted. Leon gave us his cell and we texted him questions later that evening and he had no problem answering. After watching some YouTube videos on the Forester we were sold! A Subaru was never even a thought to own. But I decided after researching and the knowledge Leon had that it was a great car to own!If you are looking to buy a car…..new or used, I strongly suggest checking this place out first!

Warning!!! Would avoid. Affiliated with Cascade Auto center. Brought in for Warranty work. 7000$, 2000$ out of pocket everything the service department touched failed after 7000 miles. Car was in shop for several weeks. Returned with dead battery and check All wheel drive light on missing plastics. Was talked down to by service department manager. Offered to look at it for " no charge". I would not recommend any Cascade Auto center affiliates.

Took my 94 Subaru wagon legacy in there last November. For them to go through the motor with the request to get it set up for the next 100k miles.Told them to let me know what was needed and I’d do it.Well I got the car back with new timing/pulleys/ water pump. And big old piece of paper saying I needed to do the headgaskets.Well. That’s not what I asked for. I would have paid to have the headgaskets done wile they were at it. But instead was going to have to pay for labor again to rip it apart again.What a waste and what a way to screw a customer.Spent a ton of money to use my car again to not end up being able to use my car.Thank you for letting me down and letting me know it’s not worth it to bring anymore of my cars here.Between the 2 vehicles I brought at the same time. I spent upwards of 5 grand on repairs and maintenance.Take your money to somewhere else that will take the time to call you and do the job right.Because who wants to spend thousands to fix some pullys and do timing and water pump if they are not going to do the full job.Then they also kept telling me I didn’t need to do some maintenance on my 2015 legacy that I ended up having to take to a different shop less than a month later to do!Listen to your customers that are spending $$$ it’s not like they don’t drive their vehicles everyday and have concerns of changes to the way it operates.I was never shy of the bill. I was ready to spend money. But they were ready to find more and more reasons to make me come back and double charge me on labor then they were on actually just doing the job the first time.Also they never returned my engine cover on my 2015 Subaru. I called multiple times and always got told I’d get a call back that never happened.It’s hard not to look at my vehicles and say screw this place.Sincerely a PAYING ex-customer.

Do not go here for their service department. Did an oil change by appointment, after an hour I asked for an eta and they said theyd check for me, because no oil change takes an hour. After another 25 min of waiting with no answer, i walked into the garage, and found that my car was up and no one was even working on it. I found the original person I asked and they told me another 10 min. No oil change should take an hour and 40 min, and yet here it did.They did give me a car wash token at least.

My experience was pretty frustrating.. took up a lot of my time taking the car in multiple times and finally taking to another shop ($$) to diagnose and back to Subaru to get the repair under warranty.. after having my tires chewed up after it was "fixed." Alignment still off, despite it all. Oh well, at this point I'll take a 70% fix to stop having to go there. From what I saw, they don't have the expertise and aren't willing to put in the time to make sure you're taken care of in one go. Makes me regret buying into the Subaru Added Security extended warranty. In my opinion.. try your local mechanic, instead!Edit - Was contacted by Cascade Suby and they made an effort to make it right.

They are an average dealership offering MSRP prices and factory incentives are not always extended. A great place to test drive a car before going to Tacoma or Auburn.
