Have been bringing our Brody to Cascade since he was a pup. 2.5 years and they always treat him like we do, like gold. We've had a couple health issues and they have been great to worth with both times. Vets are always happy to see Brody.

Last night our adorable Nora, was severely injured and needed emergency care after hours. I was connected to Dr. Gregory Campbell, DVM thru the after hours on-call service. On October 22, 2024, Cascade Veterinary Clinic (CVC) lead by Dr. Campbell, and Vet. Techs Stacia, and Lanie were there for Nora, and those in grief when it mattered most. As a retired first responder I'm very sensitive to quality of service and making a difference. The consultation, treatment, transparent costs, and walk thru discussion in end of life is never easy under any circumstances. If you've read this far, and your looking for a top veterinarian service to handle your family care of your pets, I 100% endorse CVC! Veterinary Clinics are not typically walk-ins which is why its important to join the CVC family. So don't wait, get your family member in. Costs are not crazy, transparency is upfront every visit with approval before moving forward, insurance is available, or accepted, and limited discounts are available, such as for military veterans.

I am beyond disappointed with the front desk staff at this vet clinic, particularly an older lady who has been consistently rude and unprofessional during multiple interactions. From the moment I called, her attitude was appalling. She answered with just a blunt “hello?”—no mention of the clinic's name, no courtesy in asking how she could assist. She treated my questions as if they were an inconvenience, clearly irritated and dismissive. Isn’t it her job to answer calls and provide information? Instead, she made me feel like I should go somewhere else.
This has happened repeatedly, and every time I call, I seem to get stuck with this same rude person. The doctors here are fantastic, but this woman’s poor attitude is seriously off-putting. To make matters worse, when I asked about a missed call, her only response was a snarky, “Did you check your voicemail?” It's unacceptable for a front desk person, especially at a place that’s supposed to care for our pets, to behave like this. This experience has left a really bad taste in my mouth. They need to check her before someone else does because looking at reviews it looks like it’s been going on for a couple years already, I know I’m not the only one thinking this way and tired of dealing with it when I’m simply just looking to care for my pet. Then, I asked what was with the attitude and we went back and forth before I hung up and came here.

My dog ate three rocks and he couldn't puke them out they told me to bring him in right away did X-rays and they ended up doing surgery on him they were very friendly I'm very helpful I definitely like this place

Incredibly thoughtful and kind staff. I really feel like they are trying to do the best they can't help pets and their owners through difficult times. Thank you for what you do. Dr. Leah is great - forget sunset, country side and any other vets in the area and come here first.
Saw again years later, same dog different doctor, Dr Connor, who was also really great to work with. Consistent experience now years later.

Very good experience. I have read others comments about the care they have received from this clinic, but we have had nothing but positive encounters here. We have taken both our small breed dogs here for neutering; one was much more complex than his brother, and a terrifying process for us as dog parents.
The entire staff has been wonderful each visit. From the time we checked in to picking up our fur babies, everyone was so kind; they understand the stress it puts on our pets, and as pet parents. A huge thanks to all the employees at Cascade!

We had a sick three month old puppy. To keep everyone safe a kind member of the medical staff came out to our car and sat on the pavement, assess the situation and give us very good advice.

We really like the vets. They care very much and have provided wonderful care for our two golden doodles.
HOWEVER: be aware if you ever need a prescription, the pharmacy techs and vet techs will flat out LIE to your face and tell you this is the only place you can purchase the products. They will even threaten to not send-out the prescription to another pharmacy for filling, telling you its not available (even though you've checked elsewhere to confirm it is), where you will find the product for a third the cost. Completely unethical and immoral business practice to make people believe they are entrapped into purchasing only from them!
Unfortunately, this recent treatment has forced us to look elsewhere for a vet office that does not try to scalp their clients.

My Hazel got an ear infection that was making her so uncomfortable while we were in vacation in the area over a weekend. Even though we're not established patients they got us in same day. From the front desk, to the Vet tech, to the vet, we felt very well cared for. The staff was very friendly. My Hazel is afraid of any and all vet offices. And they were super thoughtful to try and make her as comfortable as possible, and reduce her anxiety as much they could. The plan of care was throughly explained, and they let me choose if they were going to clean out her ear or if i wanted to (they thought because she was so nervous, she might do better if i did it.) And then gave me a very comprehensive explanation of what i should do. One of the best experiences at a vet i have ever had. Wish you could be our local vet. It's been less then 24 hours and she's feeling so much better already.

Been coming to Cascade for over 20 years with all my animals and they haven't let me down yet. From regular scheduled appointments to emergency weekend visits this is my vet of choice, thank you Cascade for saving my pets!

Ordered online, made a mistake on my order. No way to request a refund or cancel the order. Immediately left an email, they were closed but I assumed it would be read in the morning before shipping. Email wasn't read or was ignored..... Mackey mouse business with poor organizational skills or proper online Shipping procedures.

Thank you for all the care and compassion you gave when we had to let our cat cross the rainbow bridge. Receiving his nose print was an emotionally welcomed surprise with the condolence card.
