Bad place to work, okay place to bank. Can’t speak for all locations staff but the Leavenworth and chelan street branches are lacking in truly kind individuals, very artificial kindness. Still enjoyed working due to some of the customers but that is nothing cashmere valley bank controlled. I just like the people of Wenatchee.

How could they improve? Post automatic transfers in a timely manner instead of 4 days after they are scheduled, and offer better interest rates on checking and personal savings. They froze my debit card when I tried to make an online purchase that they flagged as fraud and didn’t ask me first. I wanted to use a local bank but I think there are better choices.

Monday of this week, Elizabeth (Bank Teller at drive through window) helped me immensely, by getting a copy of a past check for me and a few more transactions. She had gone above and beyond her duty to find what I needed, all the while saying, 'No problem, that is what I'm here for...to help our clients." I was chagrined to give her my list, as it was the end of the day but with efficiency, a huge smile, kind words, grace, she sure made my day! This lady is a huge asset to your Wenatchee branch! I am a member with cashmere valley bank and I am sorly disappointed with the customer service I received. Although this is not my usual branch I go to it was extremely disheartening to be treated like I was. I did not know my account number off the top of my head and the teller I had Amber was so rude to me. I will never go back to this branch.

Very fast friendly service, and they have by far the best tellers out of all the CVB branches!
