Two times in a row they made me reschedule appointments I had with them. I’m fed up getting the run around with this organization. Not getting the help I need. Been severely depressed since covid. They keep canceling my appointments and when i reschedule they cancel the new appointments i make. They won’t let me talk to anyone in chain in command. Front desk staff is rude and lazy. Everyime im nice and respectful they give me attitude.

Rude, condescending social workers and abusive case managers, do not come here, you will waste your time, they really only help in a contrived way, just for that paycheck to give themselves a pat on the back.

DO NOT COME HERE.
Not necessarily for counseling, however the crisis team has contacted me multiple times and simply escalated things for the fun of it. Maybe they get more pay the more suicidal you are, maybe they are just incompetent.
Regardless, the crisis team contacted me when I was 17, as recommended by a counselor for a check in because she had to miss a week. On the phone the crisis responder escalated and threatened law enforcement and to put me in an ambulance because i said a 3/10 on one of her questions. Apparently 1/10 was the only appropriate answer.
This recent week (5 years later i am 22 now), they came and I asked them to get off the property multiple times after stating I was not in a crisis. They would not leave. She then crossed her arms and said “we can get law enforcement involved, ya know?” Simply escalating why they were there. They were only supposed to be there to check if i was okay which i was. They stole not only a good day, but all progress as well. If the police had came on that day I believe I would be nothing more than a newspaper article.
I called the bluff because i knew it wasnt out of genuine help, they were simply trying to have power over a vulnerable individual. They left. Do not contact these people nor let them contact you.

Mental health court is a joke my son failed more ua s then passed missed more counseling then attended and refused his meds absolutely nothing good came from my son doing mental health court he is already released and now I begged for help and that is what I got so don't pick mental health court for your kids or family it's not worth it stuck to probation officer they well learn more. Very disappointed in the way it was all done.. do better

We went in attempting to find out what services they could offer us and my family and to get some other questions answered but were quickly brushed off with only a "no we don't help with that" answer when asked about housing and utilities and then handed a piece of paper with a bunch of numbers on it. not even slightly offering any kind of direction or elaboration on anything. The staff was rude, unhelpful and snooty. They treated me and my partner as though we were annoying and inconveniencing them when asked additional questions or to elaborate on their yes or no answer. It stunned us both to be treated as though we were beneath them. Each question was met with a single no. No elaboration. No help pointing us in the right direction as to where might be able to assist us (until one of us asked of course) and when they finally had told us no to all the things we were looking for information on I asked "What exactly do u guys do then?" Since they couldn't help with housing, utilities and never offered any additional information on what services they did offer, if any, and they responded mockingly with, "We offer services to people in the community." Baffled by their sarcasm and disrespect I continued with asking what kind of services they offered to the community even though I'm sure it was clear we'd never been in there before and that we were in need of services and were requesting either assistance with housing, utility payments, really any kind of assistance they could have offered us would have been great but again we were met with short, rude answers that were full of ridiculing undertones that screamed "I'm annoyed and don't want to help you" we left feeling insulted, agitated and baffled by the complete lack of customer service and insanely rude, insulting, and degrading behavior the employees presented to my partner and myself with little to no information on the services they offered or anyone else in the communit, only a single piece of paper they gave us when they initially tried to brush us off when we first arrived. And to add insult to injury, their was literally 5 employees including the security guard just sitting around watching all of this go down and no one got up to offer any real help AND we were the only people in the office so it's not like they were slammed with work or anything like that either. . We will not ever be going to them for any assistance and hope this helps anyone else from wasting their time going in their seeking any kind of assistance or information on places in town that will offer assistance to people like us that are without a home due to flood damage.

I am Using them to care for my mom and the caregivers are nice so that has been good. But the lack of communication is awful! No one lets u know if a care person is not going to come or do they call you back when u leave a message. And usually a place would send a sub to care for your loved one but they do not seem to have enough caregivers to do so. Hoping they get it together or I’ll be looking somewhere else!!
