I stood in line for carton of smokes, full tank of gas and cash app and the two workers tonight the 31 St at 1115 went to the bathroom together with a guest people were so tired of waiting they just walked out with there stuff horrible staff go to easy street way better

The cashier tonight was extremely slow like taking almost 10 minutes for every person that was coming through. So I asked if I could just put my dollar down for my drink and he was like no I was like okay well then I'm just going you know set it down like I'm not going to sit here and wait like there's 10 people in front of me and he was like oh my God just give it to me. On the way out the door there was a guy trying to buy a lottery ticket and it kept declining his card so I gave him the money to buy the lottery ticket. And then I grabbed one for myself so this cashier proceeds till then make fun of me and was like I thought you were in a hurry blah blah blah like regardless if I was in a hurry it's not your business but more than that I just was not going to sit there and wait an hour and a half for you to run through one person every 10 minutes that did not give you a right to be super rude.

I started swing shift, new to me....The employee thought I was intoxicated and refused to sell. Sucked to not be able to grab a beer for home after a long shift. Will not go back

Don't waste your time with this dump.The 'owner' the rude excuse for an employee. They would be better off letting the bums be in charge, I've had nicer exchanges with schizophrenics on the street. Avoid this place at all costs!

Twice now in 5 months this place has run out of gas. I get that can happen but to not put signs up letting customers know rather then everyone out there just trying to get something then giving up when the dont work. Very lazy employees

Like how can they even say 24 hours when night shift has the store closed more times in a night then they bring in business, all I see is either false advertisement or employee's that are not dedicated to there job, looks like they need to start their hiring process again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely rude staff, and if they're not incredibly rude, they aren't trained properly, their prices are double and triple that of convenience stores in the area. I use to go here out of necessity and convenience but now I will go out of my way to avoid ever having to deal with the staff here and the prices ever again. Just a reminder, we're all tired in the morning, we all are on the grind, but taking out your personal attitude on customers will sink a business. If you didn't want to do the job you shouldn't have taken the job. I'm pretty sure this person or both persons were managers too so even more disappointing. Coming from a family that owns places like this around the world, you are a disgrace. Get your act together.

I had an issue trying to purchase Gas and the lovely lady at the register was very nice and super polite with a smile. The manoger however had one of the worst adittudes I've ever encountered in customer service. As she raised her voice in a snarky better then you persona. How is that lady a manager I don't know but I'd bet everything I own that she's the reason the place is a total dump!!! I love circle k but I'm never going to darken the door of that MANOGERS STORE AGAIN! FIRE HER PROMOTE THE LOVELY YOUNG GIRL QITH BROW HAIR.
