Closest hotel to the convention center is the best this hotel can provide. It’s TIRED. Solid two star hotel. Convenient to many great restaurants.

Nice clean hotel, dogs are allowed, breakfast included, and a great indoor/outdoor pool. Beds are comfortable! Great room for the value.

Rooms were small, and breakfast was mid to be honest. The pool was the only thing I liked.

Rivertop Restaurant been closed for 4 years now. Worst continental breakfast ever! You would be better just serving a good coffee and giving discount vouchers to nearby restaurants. Stay, sort of like disappointing returning four years later to what it used to be. The good news is there’s now new hotels on the river. You guys need to get it together before the whole hotel collapses. Wishing you the best though. Good luck.

Pros:
- good location (near Wenatchee Ave shops/restaurants)
- big rooms, nice views, clean
Cons:
- wi-fi was spotty (2-3 bars, 45-65%, kept losing connection)
- pool was too shallow (3.5 feet) and cramped

Oh goodness. The hotel is rather old and struggling. Everything from the stairs to the ice machine to the signage to the restaurant is broken. Hell, the sign saying the restaurant is broken from three years ago and has the same typo!
But even things that aren’t broken are in disarray. I stayed three nights but kept having to switch rooms. There were multiple issues with my rooms and my check in. My first room was by the pool and was loud, dark and a little creepy. The second smelled of mold so badly I had to make coffee all night to hide the smell.
The pool was lovely. Hand inside and half out. The location is fantastic. But I will end with a photo of the continental breakfast which Is located in a janitors closet and has a tray of ice with some yogurt and a few cereals. It was so so so so bad.

Celestina does not know what she is doing and is super rude at the front desk. Wow so unprofessional and rude I have stayed here 30 times and never been treated with such disrespect. If you write a bad review they black list you FYI how childish.

Wonderful and helpful staff, close to many amenities in walking distance. Clean rooms. But the staff is what really stands out, made a good get away not a great get away.

Run down, old, worst continental breakfast I've had in a long time. TV is really small, weird pillows, no fan in bathroom. The room door look like I've been recently pried open by the cops. Avoid.

We enjoyed our stay here. Although only a one night stopover, so we didn't experience all this hotel has to offer, the room itself was very clean and spacious. Check in by Tyler was very friendly and helpful. Would have liked to dine in the restaurant, but it's closed - has been for awhile?? The breakfast in the lobby was not the greatest - we simply picked up a couple of items for the road, and ate a real breakfast later on.
Got a great rate due to booking last minute, too! I generally really like all the Coast Hotels I've stayed in. Revelstoke is our favourtie.

Being a local for over 20 years, the bar on the rooftop was great back in the day but useless and sub par for the last 10 yrs. I see the negative reviews and they are honest and true. Stay away from this dump. Go to the Hilton in Wenatchee by pybus market.
The response from the reviews are a generated message. They could care less about you or how you feel. Too bad I feel bad for the tourists that come here trying to enjoy our wonderful city and get sub par accommodations and service. Save your money, come to Leavenworth or go to the Hilton in Wenatchee. Also check out VACASA or VRBO accommodations. This place needs to be shut down and rebuilt by a reputable company that has the money to make proper advancements for the tourists.
Just watch the response. “ thank you for your review, we strive to make the best of your stay and comfort. We appreciate your feedback and will make appropriate changes. We value our customers “ ???? research your stay and stay away from the coast

The GM Freyda saved my birthday! She was so accomodating and such a genuinely lovely person. I loved my room, the view and the pool is huge and the perfect temperature. Quiet and soothing place to celebrate my birthday!

Where to begin with this hotel.
It claims to have continental breakfast. It does not (unless you count yogurt cups and dollar store pastries).
It claims to have a full service restaurant. It does not.
There is a sign in the elevator that states "due to major mechanical failures, our restaurant is not operating at this time."
I don't know about you, but I personally feel alarmed reading about major mechanical failures in an elevator that is beyond slow, and appears to be struggling.
Next, only one of the beds was made up with a fitted sheet. I am personally not a fan of sleeping directly on a hotel mattress.
The pillows are atrocious and nearly ruined my entire trip by causing a horrendous migraine.
I tried to alleviate my migraine by a soak in the hot tub. While in the hot tub, a child approached us and told us all about how her brother had pooped in the pool earlier that day. To our disgust, we saw the feces remained in the pool. As soon as I got back to our room, I called the front desk to tell them about it. The woman who answered did not seem alarmed or even surprised, in the slightest. She said it would be taken care of and promptly hung up on me.
Needless to say, we did not venture into the pool.
I don't believe it would be worth my time and energy to try to complain to the employees to get a discount. So I come here to Warn you-
This hotel is more of a motel and it is outrageously overpriced.
