I only stayed at the hotel for the location and restaurant. The restaurant was closed (no warning). Beds were hard. I don't plan on staying here when I return next year.

The staff are friendly and the beds are comfortable. That's the only good I have to say about this place. There aren't fans in the shower, so the tiny space turns into a sauna while you're in there and you cannot get dressed in there after your shower, so unless you're close with your roommate you'll want to ask them to leave. We've already had to have our key cards replaced in less than 24 hours. We have kept them away from cell phones and other cards, and they still stopped working. Icing on the cake is - their card programming software is now down so maintenance is having to go around and let people into their rooms if their keys don't work. The absolute cherry on top? I got stuck in one of the elevators with 4 other people on the 5th floor. Rang the alarm multiple times and no response. Someone finally called the front desk from their cell phone and she didn't seem surprised and sent maintenance to get us out... who also wasn't surprised. And of course my key then didn't work after I climbed the stairs to my floor, and I had to go back down to the desk and get my key replaced (thankfully before the system went down). We have stayed at a Coast property in Victoria BC and had a wonderful stay. The Wenatchee property is falling apart and we'll never stay here again. We're going to do everything we can to get our conference to stay somewhere else next year. STRONGLY recommend booking your stay somewhere else.

Hotel room was nice, the staff was wonderful the morning food service was basic but would get you by. Pretty good coffee for a hotel, it has been a while since this hotel was build and a lot of little things that haven't been fixed or updated. Still a nice overall experience and the pricing is good.

The Coast Center Hotel is located downtown Wenatchee with the train tracks and trails for walking and running ?♂️ (which is by the river with a great mountain view ) behind the hotel. There is also a small - kids train - track for children.

This hotel all around is awful. The windows don't open, and there is no fan in the bathroom. The rooms smell like mold because of this, and I even started to get symptoms of mold exposure after a few days in a room. The rooms are also not equipped with a microwave, and the "free breakfast" is the saddest excuse for food I have seen at a hotel. It would be better to just not serve breakfast than set an expectation of food and then serve what they do. The elevators are also a bit sketchy. I got on an elevator, I pushed the floor I was on, and it went to a different floor, the door opened, no one there. I then had to push my floor again to get to mine. Weird stuff like this kept happening with the elevator, so I decided not to take it and use the stairs. Front desk staff didn't care and said the elevator was fine. Hopefully, no one gets stuck on it. The maids also knock on your door and try to come in before checkout time has passed. The only nice thing about this hotel is the location. I will never stay here again. My health is more important.

I can tell this hotel used to be nice but it is in serious disrepair... the old outlets covers are falling off and instead of replacing them (few cents each) they used caulk around the edges... ? never seen that before...The 17 year old bed was terrible as a result my back is in pain todayCleanliness is a problem here too.. mold in the shower, mold on the wall by the sink, and mold in the window seal.I also saw dust everywhere in the room between that and the mold i figured out why I have a headacheFood is an issue here...they advertise they have a restaurant but it's been closed for remodel for a while now soooo why are you still advertising it? You should also have a big sign that says restaurant closed in your lobby not in the elevator after someone has checked in.The breakfast is terrible considering what I paid for this room. A frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich doesn't count as a hot breakfast especially when. I spend so much on a room. I won't stay here again unfortunately

Good location for weekend getaway’s, decent relatively clean but outdated on the room side. Not so much parking in the front side but there’s more in the back close to spa area, it’s definitely kids friendly, but not so much breakfast friendlyRooms: Not quiet place if kids annoy you

breakfast lacking a bit, location great, still using covid as excuse for not cleaning rooms daily as do alot of hotels now. less service, but prices stay the same. not just a knock on them, hotel industry as a whole. same in Canada.Rooms: need updated, getting a little tiredNearby activities: close to hockey rink, pybus market, downtown pubs and restaurants. attached to conference centre. 10/10Walkability: close to everything. great locationFood & drinks: breakfast lacking a bit compared to other hotel chains I stay at

The Coast is a comfortable place to stay, we'll stop in a couple times a year. It's location makes it a good hub for activities around Wenatchee. Two minor drawbacks are the in house restaurant has been closed for years with no opening in sight (as of this posting), and the hotel is looking a bit dated.About that last comment, the Coast is exceptionally well maintained, very clean, staff friendly - it is still a nice comfortable place to stay - and we will continue to lodge there.Rooms: Clean & comfortableFood & drinks: On site restaurant is still closed, but there are many great eating & drinking opportunities nearby
