Honestly pretty disappointed with my decision to buy from them. The customer service is lukewarm on their best day. I’ve walked in and been ignored more than once. If I’m spending $850 on a bike that doesn’t even come with a water bottle holder, I at least expect to be treated decently. Also, I’ve had to have the bike serviced twice since February for gears slipping. I wish I’d given my money to Arlberg, the sales people are at least kind. I’m not sure if the problem stems from poor management, but I like to shop where I feel welcome. Wenatchee Trek ain’t it.

bought a new fuel exe from a different store and crank fell off as they probably forgot to torque it. Luke, Matt, and Ian fixed me up with leftover parts free if charge so I could continue my vacation plans. very nice and great customer service! thank you!

Really disappointing to get this kind of service from a brand this big. Purchased a bike a week ago off the showroom floor and everything seemed pretty smooth. The bike was a little too big so the sales person (Ian) sold us on a shorter stem to bring the handlebars into a more comfortable position, he told us that he ordered the part that day and the bike with the new stem would be ready in about a week and that he would call with any updates.
A week later we tried calling the store ( like 8 times) and got no answer. So I went in to see what’s going with my bike that I already paid for and it turns out that they haven’t even ordered the part yet. Additionally while we were there it was obvious that they don’t put any effort into answering the phone.
Again Ian said my bike would be ready in a week, but for some reason he can’t order the part until he finds the phone number of the guy who orders parts, and he couldn’t do that until mid week. Even when I asked for a refund for the stem I never got ordered they couldn’t count out the change correctly! Everything seemed very un professional at this point so I just decided to take my bike and will probably have a new stem put on somewhere else that has employees can count.

Awesome crew at Trek! Stopped in last minute for some repair, Ian immediately helped out and made sure I was good ride the next day. Huge shout out to the Trek!

Yes, go here. I was passing through on a race, they switched out my tires at light speed, and didn't miss a beat to also help the other customers coming and going. This shop is awesome, the folks working there stellar.

This is our second stop to the bike shop in the last couple of years mid ride. The guys in the shop on both occasions have dropped everything to help us get back out on the road. We really appreciate the service!

Yesterday at Tour de Bloom, I broke two spokes and my chair came off and got tied into my pedal which twisted my chain 90 degrees. I brought my bike in at 430’and they closed at 6.
Caleb dropped everything to ensure that I was ready for today. He stayed the course, replaced the chain, trued my spare tire, tested the bike and the cassette was badly threaded. Put in aluminum brake pads.
I can’t tell you how much I am impressed with Caleb’s above and beyond service and accurate diagnosis and the special care that Caleb showed. Very well done! Caleb, if you read this, I was the third fastest in the TT race today. That would not have happened if it wasn’t for you!!!

We took my bike in to the Trek store in Wenatchee, to get a flat tire fixed. Ian and his coworker were so knowledgeable that they even noticed the fork was installed the wrong way from the bike shop we bought it from in CA 5 years ago. Both guys were great and so knowledgeable and will only use their shop for all our biking needs. Now my husband plans to take his bike in for service by them. Customer service was awesome!

Great team at our Local Trek bike shop. One of the employees (Caleb) even took his time to show a noob cyclist how to change a flat by demonstrating on one of the bikes on his work stand. All the staff were/are very friendly, helpful, patient, understanding and supportive as I had/have a bunch of “how to” questions. Mike was very helpful when I brought my old Trek bike in and asked a ton of questions about upgrades etc. Thanks Trek Team of Wenatchee! Just a great group of people!

I am glad to know that I can ride over there and get things for my super Allant 7 e-bike, most recently, a new Bontrager mik bag and some nifty cold weather gloves. Caleb is very helpful and an asset with his helpfulness. Appreciated the attention and demonstration of this additional feature for a totally awesome, quality e-bike. I recommend Trek!!!
