My company had a truck break down everyone else was 30 minutes out direct towing I called and in 10 minutes they were there loading the truck up ! Recommend 100% go!!!

Was in a pinch called 4 other places and no one picked up, this gentleman was the only company to pick up there phone, end up getting my truck unlocked with fishing line but, I appreciate the hell of him for being available, with little notice!

Direct towing was a life saver for us. We got into an accident 6hrs from home and they were able to transport it halfway home. They went above and beyond to transport our vehicle. Every step of the way they sent us pictures and video. Made sure our vehicle was secure overnight in their tow yard. Best tow experience I've had. Thank you Direct Towing!

Best Rate in the valley but unreliable I had them tow my car from Chelan to Wenatchee without me and they TOOK MY CAR TO THERE YARD WHEN WE TOLD THEM to take it where I needed it to be taken too. They didn’t follow as told BeCarful getting towed by them. Had to call Rivercom to find out where my car was sitting in there YARD I had call direct towing around 5pm and didn't get an answer or know where my car was till around 1 in the morning but they decided to leave my car at there yard was a good idea for them to get another tow in when they were paid upfront and that was never told.?? Rivercom told me they tried to nab me with a storage fees as well. Overall Really untrustworthy if you have them tow you make sure YOU GO WITH because they won’t do as told had to chase them down to find my car. BECARFUL WITH RICARDO ONTOP HE DEMANDED TIP. BAD SERVICE & BUSINESS PAY THE EXTRA BUCKS TO GET A TOW THAT WILL FOLLOW AS TOLD.

These guys are the best towing I have ever had and I’ve been towed quite a few times 5 to be exact I have never had tow guys with such a good energy these guys love there job and are very hard workers willing to drive very long distances if I’m ever in a situation out of town these guys are the first ones I’m calling hands down.
