I would give the services a five-star however I had to reschedule one of my appointments that I just got a reminder on. They charged me 50% of what the service was going to be to reschedule my appointment. I guess that was worth losing a customer.

Taking care of my skin is an investment in both results and financially. I have taken the easy route of ordering dermalogica products online but have found that when I do so I donāt get the full value. Why? Because Iām not an expert. I am only going by what the quick description that the product tells me it is going to do. You may say ābut I only want tonerā. Ok, that will be on your list. You can only purchase toner. But take it from me, these products work. You can pick and choose āwith no offense taken from Valdaā. She wants to help you build a skin care routine that will works for you and will help you maintain the beauty of your skin over a lifetime. Maybe you start small with a face wash, toner and moisturizer. At Elements they keep on file what you have purchased so you always have a ālibrary cardā to build on. As you see your products work and can afford to you may choose to add more to your routine such as a Vitamin C serum for example . The health, youth and beauty of your skin is a lifetime investment. I share this with all of you because at age 63, the only stake I have in this is the wisdom of ātrying everything over the years?ā and beautiful skin that is being maintained with the help of Valdaās 25 years of expertise in the skin care industry. Are you able to tell I trust and value her knowledge and believe in the results of Dermalogica products? I do or I wouldnāt take the time to share my opinion in this lengthy review. I highly recommend you call Valda at Elements and schedule a skin consultation to discuss what Dermalogica products are right for you. Please donāt waste your money purchasing online or at a box shop. Working with an certified local dermalogical skin care specialist who is a veteran aesthetician is so beneficial. I testify to that! If you have ethnic hair, Vika is your gal! Iāve lived here for 5 years and struggled to find a stylist who could cut and style my hair to my satisfaction, in an efficient time frame, and for a reasonable price. Vika is efficient, skilled, and leaves you feeling confident and beautiful.

I made my first appointment with Elements Salon and Wellness Spa for a haircut and color. My daughter had a medical emergency the night before, so I had to go to Spokane and I called them to cancel my appointment 4-5 hours before my appointment. They charged me $52 after they reminded me of their 48 hour cancellation policy. But because it was an emergency they agreed to give me the $52 back when I rescheduled. I thought that was pretty nice! But I'm getting ready for my appointment at 2pm today, and they called me at 1pm to cancel because my hairstylist went home sick. I was irritated because it is one of my very few days off, and I had to get up, take a shower, etc. I would have appreciated a call earlier this morning so I could be lazy at home on my day off! So I asked for my $52 dollars back, and they said yes, as long as you reschedule!! Lol!

The lady knows how to cut hair ,but i just wanted trim on bangs & one side was to long a bit She wanted to still every thing & i tryed to expkane i could not pay for ahair cut today i needed to wait. My daughter would & could have oayex ,but i didnt want her too. So now the part of the back is to long to fit the stile & my bangs R 2 short for another cut for the 8th Would u give that time to someone els please !! THANK YOU !!
