This was my first time renting a car and I am so impressed with how friendly and accommodating all the staff were. Pick up and drop off were super easy and stress-free - just make sure to bring a credit card that works! I will definitely be returning here for my car rental needs. The free shuttle is a great perk too.

When I left a very important note pad in a rental car that I got through Enterprise- Wenatchee, I thought I was in big trouble. I realized that I had left it in the car just as my plane was boarding so there was no way to go out and get it. I called the office and they told me that the staff had already found it and that they would be happy to overnight to my home. I dug into my back pocket to give the employee my cc information to pay for the delivery. She told me not to worry, that they would be happy to send it back at no charge. Everyone talks about how great their customer service is. I have found that for most in the travel industry the rhetoric never matches the needs. Not with Enterprise. They are true pros and very, very thoughtful! Thank you so much.

Jose G. Vieyra Galvan went beyond customer service, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating. The office was short staffed but that did not stop them from giving personal service to every customer that walked in the door. DO NOT HESITATE renting from them, look for Jose G. Vieyra Galvan, he will take care of you and will go beyond his line of duty. I wish I could give him a 10 start. THANK YOU, you deserve to be recognized, you are a valuable employee. I hope Enterprise Recognize you and gives you a raise and acknowledgment.

Enterprise and specifically Elda provides superb service. They delivered my rental car to the repair shop and made the car rental process painless. Will definitely rent from them again and would recommend them to others needing to rent a car.

Wonderful customer service, great friendly staff. Elda went above and beyond explaining a newer model Jeep. They were busy when I went to pickup and greeted me with smiles. Highly recommend this location to rent from. Will definitely be going back when I need a rental car.
