TERRIBLE BUSINESS & DRIVERS TO DEAL WITH ??.....The drivers CAN'T/DON'T/WON'T follow instructions about leaving my packages...I have a notice ON ALL OF MY DELIVERIES stating ""DUE TO HAVING STAGE 4 CANCER THAT IS LITERALLY KILLING ME MORE & MORE ON A DAILY BASIS & HAS ME IN & OUT OF THE HOSPITAL ON A REGULAR BASIS (I ALSO HAD A STROKE IN AUGUST THAT I HAVEN'T RECOUPED FROM), THEN GOING THROUGH HARSH CHEMO TREATMENTS ETC, HAS LEFT ME EXTREMELY WEAK, SO TO PLEASE BRING MY PACKAGES INSIDE THE BOTTOM DOOR & LEAVE THEM RIGHT OUTSIDE ""MY APTS DOOR AT THE TOP OF THE STAIRS, AS I CAN'T CARRY ""ANYTHING"" UP THE STAIRS & I HAVE NO ONE THAT CAN BRING THEM UP FOR ME"" ...THE DRIVERS LEAVE MY PACKAGES OUTSIDE WHERE THE WEATHER GETS TO THEM & ARE OPEN TO BEING STOLEN BY ANYONE (YES...I'VE HAD PACKAGES STOLEN & DESTROYED BECAUSE OF THE FEDEX DRIVERS NOT WANTING TO DO THEIR DAMN JOBS) & IT'S GETTING TO BE MORE FRICKIN RIDICULOUS EACH TIME....IF YOU CANT/WON'T DO THE DAMN JOB YOU GET PAID TO DO, FIND ANOTHER FRICKIN JOB..I THINK PEOPLE (CUSTOMERS) NEED TO START SUING YOUR AR$ES TO GET THE DAMN SERVICE THAT WE PAY FOR & THAT YOU ALL REFUSE TO DO...?????????

Tyler was absolutely exceptional. He graciously completed an urgent order request late in the evening before they closed. His customer service was friendly and made myself and my request feel valued.

Great job shipping our daughter's prized guitar! Alison was super helpful and packed the guitar so well, it arrived at its destination 2,000 miles away in perfect condition. FedEx really came through... at a reasonable price, too ...highly recommend!

Fed ex is the worst to ship with. Can't deliver the package at a specific time. On top of that when I went to pick up my package for my brother they refused to call him to verify my ability to pick up the package. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend.

I have order a handful of complicated orders at Fedex for my job and every single time Alexis has helped assisted me with jobs I sent it. She goes above and beyond her job and has made me adore this FedEx location. She is the Best!!

The manager Allison was very personal and professional. I had a lot of questions and she was very patient with me yet kept the circumstances moving. She provided the correct packaging and followed through with my requests. She and her staff are top notch!

I went here to have my golf clubs shipped to where we were headed to play. I have done this several times with different services. I just unpacked them and WOW what an awesome job they did to protect my clubs!! They wrapped every head individually, packed paper everywhere to protect the bag and didi additional wrap around the all the club heads. GREAT JOB!!

Went in today around 3pm 11/8/21. The customer service lady, and I use the term loosely, was rude for some reason, made a face when I gave the persons name receiving a package. And was having an argument with a driver who was clearly not at fault. I’ll be going to UPS from now on.

Went in to drop off equipments for Direct TV. Sevice went well and woman staff was friendly. The place not crowed at all. Definitely recommend for drop off mail or shipping service.

FedEx driver always says Nobody is at home or business is closed. couple of times I waited outside of my building to see what is going on. he never arrived at my building but just making as no one is at home. I complained about that but sadly no one helped me on that, finally my Sandals from Italy went back to Italy. Honestly speaking, FedEx customer services need help too because they cant reach out anyone within the company by phone, they just communicate via writing.. nobody fallowed up my case up to this time.

Work out of town through the week and they have helped me out multiple times holding packages there, so not left at my door all week long.
