New owner, courteous and on time. The work looked good at first glance. The following day after pickup I took another look. Walking up to the driver’s side you can see where the door was repaired. I can live with it as it’s not worth my time or inconvenience.

Everyone and everything about First Choice Collision was more than 5 star rated. From Jason working for me to coordinate with my auto insurance company to make sure everything was taken care of from A to Z, Kelly made magic happen by making my pickup truck look BETTER than new again after my accident the RIGHT WAY, the painters blending my paint to match perfectly (even on a 10 year old truck, with an extremely rare color that was only offered for 2 years), the detail gentleman who cleaned everything beyond my high expectations, and the receptionist who was extremely sweet and compassionate about her job. I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about this local business and I highly recommend everyone take their vehicles to have repairs done to First Choice! Thank you again and if I ever need anything fixed, repaired, painted, or done correctly the first time I will be back!Services: Painting

Kept me up-to-date and informed on repairs to my truck. Had a plan B for repairs when it was found that they couldn't get a replacement part due to age of vehicle. Did great work. Second time using them, would definitely choose them if someone runs into me again.

Decided on 1st Choice based on positive feedback from a friend and their quick availability to provide an estimate (contacted 3-4 other shops which were 30-60 days out on estimates). They performed the work on schedule, quickly responded to my questions/concerns, and advocated for quality work to the insurance.
