I brought a 1993 Cadillac Allante in for the guys at global to check out for me. I was needing their opinion in regard to the condition of the vehicle and they did an excellent job in detailing what needed to be done which led to me, not buying the vehicle due to its condition. I appreciate your honesty and their expertise in regard to the detail that they provided. I take my BMW X5 to global on a regular basis and they always do a great job. I highly recommend Global Car Care for any car. You need to have service serviced or maintained. C Levine.

We took a 1/2 ton chevy in with a miss fire on two cylinders so these guys decided to put new spark plugs and wires before they did a compression test. So we put new plugs & wires on a blown up engine in a chevy 1500 5.3. Terrible service at the front counter & I hope I'm the only customer who is feeling like these guys stole my money agter doing business with them. Good luck.

I had my Mercedes Sprinter-based RV towed to Global Car Care on a weekend, so it was a surprise waiting for them on Monday morning. They quickly identified the problem and called me to talk about it. They fixed it quickly and the price was completely reasonable. After fixing that problem they also did a courtesy check of the rest of the mechanical systems. They provided a shuttle service to pick me up when the vehicle was ready. I am very glad to have found them for any future service needs.

Since I keep getting emails about writing a review I will gladly do it. Would not ever recommend this place. Completely missed an obvious leak of coolant. Got it repaired by another place that pays attention to detail.

Replaced my throttle position sensor and cleaned my throttle body myself, after that was finished I needed a idle relearn procedure and the manual ways to do it myself did not work. After many calls around to different shops that couldn't get me in for over a week I called Global and they said they would take the car that day. All employees were super helpful and knowledgeable and were happy to help. They did the idle relearn and now my car runs great. Would highly recommend them as a shop to go to.

From the moment I pulled into the driveway at Global Car Care I felt like I was going to be in Jerry capable hands and figuring out what exactly was happening with my car. I was incredibly grateful to find out that they worked on foreign cars and we’re going to be able to help me. Tino, one of the service managers is who I dealt with for my entire process. Tino went above and beyond to ensure that I was given not great customer service but throughout the process gave me very intricate detail details as to what was taking place with my vehicle. The overall cost from diagnostics , parts and labor We’re all within a fair price point. This was refreshing! Everyone I dealt with at Global Car Care was respectful knowledgeable, and a class act! If I could give them more than five stars, I would! Thank you for being a business with integrity and professionalism.
