Please don’t go here unless you’re trying to get your hair messed up bad! I went here last week to get a haircut I asked for a 1 inch trim all around and to trim my bangs a 1/4 of an inch to not cut it above my eyebrows and that’s exactly what she did, she cut way too much off my bangs and much more off of one side…it looks horrible I’m so upset, then she trimmed my hair including my layers and cut straight across one side of my layers, not angled or feathered out whatsoever, so disappointed with her work, never going back there again.

The staff are so very nice. They love to chat with their customers and are always smiling. Not great at cutting hair though. I wanted just straight across bob cut, no layers or anything, with my part in the middle, and the left side of my head was an inch longer than the right with full on chunks that stuck out way longer than the rest. The lady cutting my hair was so nice and happy and I was distracted just chatting with her that I didn't even realize how terrible my haircut was until I went across the parking lot to famous footwear and saw myself in the mirror. Unfortunately by that time Great Clips was already closed since it was Monday and they close at 4 so I couldn't even go back for them to fix it. I ended up going somewhere else to get it fixed because I'm going to a wedding this weekend and don't want to risk it being worse and then too short to fix. (Also I have straight hair so it's not like I had a more difficult hair texture to cut)
Anyway in summary, 2 star because the staff are super nice, but terrible at doing even a very simple cut.

One of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had. It’s like she only cut half of the top of my head. It looks terrible. I can’t believe I tipped $5 and bought shampoo.

This is my go-to place for haircuts. Good customer service, convenient checking in through the app, previous haircut is kept on record, and it's very clean.

Haircuts are decent, but appointments mean nothing. I’ve made appointments twice and showed up to an hour wait. When I asked they said there was walkins five minutes before my appointment.

The Wenatchee location is a quick place to pick up a good haircut when you have an irregular work or travel schedule. I've used them twice now and have received excellent haircuts.
