If you own a Subaru, this is the best place in town hands down. They do most things and have good references for things they don't do. But in general, great people and service at a very good price. Can't beat that.

Wish there were more than 5 stars, I'd give them a million!.Caleb came to our rescue and fixed our radiator so we could go out of town. We go to h&d for all service! Trustworthy, fair price, knowledgeable and friendly!

This is a couple weeks late, but Caleb and Garth were amazing. We’re from Minnesota and an hour south of Wenatchee, our check engine light came on with blinking brake lights and cruise control. We stopped at a mom and Pop mechanic in a little town in between, and they got us there, but gave the wrong diagnosis. I didn’t have an appointment, and the next day we were backpacking in the Enchantments mountains in Leavenworth, so we were really in a pinch, plus we were meeting friends from Portland, who had booked their vacation to be with us, so we didn’t wanna leave them hanging. Caleb and Garth took my car at 8 o’clock in the morning and fit me in and by 3 o’clock in the afternoon, I had it up and running with no problems. These are true Subaru specialists, and the best part? They didn’t charge me a dime. I was flabbergasted. They even gave me a brand new Subaru specialized container of coolant. Again, free of charge. They completely restored my hope in humanity. I will be surprising them with some beer soon, but please make sure you go to these dudes, they are straight shooters, great mechanics, and in the two weeks since we’ve driven it 1000 miles throughout BC and Washington and had no problems. This is a picture of us, a happy and safe family only because Caleb and Garth were able to step up. Can’t thank them enough.

We were referred to H & D Auto to do work on my daughter's Subaru. Caleb was very kind and patient in listening to our needs and he was able to squeeze us in promptly. Very professional and helpful in a quick time of need, was able to address the issues at hand and have my daughter's sweet Sue back to her in the same day of service. We are so thankful 🙏

3.5 I would say this is the best Subaru service in the valley but I always feel like I’m paying for things I didn’t ask for. Asked for an oil change and left the car. Got charged $60 extra dollars for filter replacement that I wasn’t asked if I wanted. Was quoted 700-750 for a service and ended up paying $200 more granted over half that was my “oil change”. Very frustrating when trying to stay on a budget.
