I was disappointed in the service overall. First, her salon is attached to her house (totally awesome), but her boyfriend is still actively sick with Covid and staying in the home. While I understand mitigating risk, she is still a carrier for the virus - and I now have Covid, after having not been anywhere except her salon last week. I have a disabled son, with a hugely compromised immune system. We are watching him like a Hawk - and he not been out of the house in 3 weeks. If he gets Covid as a result of this, I will pursue options on a legal and health department level. As a customer, I should’ve been given the option to reschedule, given that there’s active Covid within the home directly attached to her studio. And I should’ve been told immediately when coming into the salon, not 20 minutes in the chair over chit chat.Furthermore, she stopped my haircut 3 separate times to do other things, things that could’ve waited (got a snack, made herself tea, went in the house and was around the sick BF). I understand multitasking and running a business, I do the same. But as a customer, I didn’t feel my presence really mattered - it was like she didn’t really want to be there. The lack of consideration regarding her BF’s Covid is really alarming. She didn’t even mask or offer one to clients.Additionally, my haircut was not the shape we discussed. I wanted a trim, and to maintain the asymmetry of my bob-style hair in front, with longer pieces to maintain the look of length without looking just like my Mother, lol. . I explained that this was my first time with her, my regular stylist is 3 hours away. Erin was explicit that my hair needed to be “fixed”, as in my regular stylist had cut it poorly. It was unprofessional to throw shade at another stylist when the conversation wasn’t about that at all. My new cut has huge blunt cutting marks without any blending at all, like she took the shears to major sections and just chopped without angle or shape. I asked for the length to be long enough to get curl in, and it’s too short for a 1” barrel!Erin is very nice, I have no complaints about her personality in any way. However, I didn’t feel heard, the consultation was mediocre, I absolutely HATE my once beautiful hair, and I got a side of Covid. The cut was not done with precision, nor consideration of my cowlicks, and I could’ve gotten this cut at Hair Masters frankly.I won’t be back and will not recommend this business to my friends.

Erin is such a sweetheart. Does a GREAT job with my hair. Listens to what I ask for and delivers just that. She does all kinds of styles and colors, including the rainbow and beyond. Erin can do it all.

I have been getting my hair cut and colored with Erin @ Hello Georgeous for almost 17 years. She has not only done an amazing job for me, but at different points in time has also taken care of 4 generations of my family. Erin is very knowledgeable, professional, and so very nice!

Had a waxing appointment with Barbara and she was/is amazing. It Was my first time ever and she made the experience very , very comfortable. I would recommend her anyday of the week to all my friends and family. If your looking for a waxing tech who is quick and efficient I would recommend Barbara at "Hello Gorgeous salon" .
