Anyone who ses herring is the best place to rent from there clearly staff I had 200$ in credit that just vanished.... REGARDLESS THEY LET THEGARBAGE SIT FOR ALMOST A WEEK ALL OVER THE PLACE 3 GARBAGE CANS IS NOT ENOUGH FOR SIX FAIMLY HOUSEHOLDS ITS TO EXSPENSIVE TO GET A SMALL DUMPSTER THOUGH SLUMLORDS!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not bother renting through this place, they do not follow up on maintenance requests until you’ve called 10 times on the same issue and they threaten to evict you every chance they get. The people working in the office are always rude and defensive when you call. Don’t waste your time and money

This company is the flat out, the worst company to rent an apartment or home from in the Wenatchee valley. I had rented from them in the 90's and knew this but last year, post covid there was little to rent in town as far as homes and th space we needed so we were stuck. The office staff is rude and condescending. They treat tennants as if they are subhuman. Often they will try to strong arm tennants. They make threats and often leave notes on your door about tiny little issues they have with this or that which shows tey also spy on you. If you use their online portal to ask questions or request help, do not expect a response. Likewise, if you call their office you will be met with people who really could care less about you. This company will also try to charge you fees far above those set by Washington state law. Make sure you know the law and what they can and cannot charge. They will also overcharge you when you move out for small things and do not bother with deep cleaning yourself. Even if you clean and leave the property spotless, they will charge you hundreds of dollars to have a team come in and do it anyway, which is ironic because you will find issues after you move in that a team should of found before hand. I know realtors and other professionals in this town that have had similar experiences with them that will never deal with them again which speaks volumes. If you want the best company in town to rent from, go with A&M properties, they are light years above Herring & Associates and A&M really cares about their tennants. I am glad we are now done with them for good. Avoid Herring like the plague.

I recommend herring and associates,they provided me with a wonderful Appartment for my daughter and i to begin a new chapter in our lives ,their staff is very helpful and thorough, I happily recommend them .

A great deal of confusion in office. Simple move out protocol shouldn't be unavailable or changing from day to day or even month to month. Tenants who are simply moving after years of renting.. arnt the enemy's of Herring! Or shouldn't be made to feel as they are. Mellisa Management needs an update as in resignation from you. Try not to hide behind office girls who are im sure doing their jobs. Management needs to return or respond to calls when they get their daily memos. No reason to not be available its an office.

Called on a Friday for a maintenance request. I was told Monday someone would be out, being it was the weekend I understood so monday came around and no one showed, then I was told I wasn’t put on the maintenance list so I was promised Tuesday morning. No one showed again and now I was promised Wednesday morning, If this company is raising their rent they should at least accommodate with professionalism and good customer service. I requested to speak to a higher up and all I got was “Ill let my general manager know and see if she wants to give you a call back later” With their outdated buildings furnished with appliances from the 80’s and charging the rent of a new building they should at least make up for it with treating their customers with respect and understanding while providing the service they’re supposed to.

I have had nothing but great customer service and if something goes wrong, they are right there to fix it!!!!!! Love this company!!!
