I always appreciate that when I leave my car with this company, it comes back and I feel like the car is better, not just the complaint is fixed. Its always so comforting to know they are looking out for the complete health of my car not just fixing complaints.

I’m very disappointed ☹️.
First time I called them telling them the problem of my truck .then I made an appointment for a diagnostic .which a diagnostic is to find the problem .am I right or am i wrong?
After that they called my telling me they didn’t find the problem only offered me (next step )but with no warranty the problem will fix.
the worst thing they didn’t find the problem and not even had the solution .but for sure they charged me $197 dollar for the (diagnostic )
Which is okay when you pay for a diagnostic and the diagnostic comes with the solution.
The funny thing they said at the end was make another appointment for another diagnostic. 🤔

I was able to schedule an appointment online for the next day. They were able to diagnose the issue and get back to me on the same day of the appointment. I will use them again!

They had speedy service in discovering what was wrong with my vehicle. However, they could not find the parts to actually fix it. They also left my doors unlocked when I went to pick it up with a key drop.

The purpose was to check rate of oil consumption. Work was done in a very timely manner with very little wait time. Chelsea was very courteous and professional in reporting the status of the oil level.
