10pm and the kids in the hotel were out of control. Hotel staff and parents just watched. If you’re looking for a day at the park, this is your spot. Not sure I would locate here in the future for what I expect of a Hilton Hotel. Room met expectation.

This is a nice hotel. Rooms were clean, seems like a newer hotel, bar, and restaurant are nice and modern. The food was also good. Wanted to use the pool and hot tub, but we found out that there were two jr hockey teams staying here, and way too many kids were in this area. I would stay again for sure.

Visited with my wife and 1 year old son. We booked a suite that had two rooms, one for the bed and one with a couch and tv area. In the morning prior to check out, my 1 year old found a juul somewhere in the room. Neither my wife or i have ever used or bought or smoked with a juul. The front desk agent was pretty dismissive when we went up to let them know and complain. I called the next day to inform the manager and again was met with a pretty dismissive attitude and a weak apology. For $250 for a suite at a newer Hilton I expected a lot more cleanliness and a better response to the issue that could have been very dangerous to my son if we werent as quick at grabbing the juul away from him.

Alexis and Luca at the front desk were very professional and helpful. Despite a new computer system and my special needs, they were able to accommodate me while complying with company policies. The location and the facilities are lovelyRooms: Plenty of space in the wheelchair accessible room.

If you want to sleep peacefully, do not stay here. Absolute worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.Had a rowdy group in the room next door, and quickly learned that the rooms are paper thin.I asked the front desk if there was a possibility of moving rooms, since we had an early morning, but they said they would reach out to the room first and remind them of quiet hours. If they were still loud, the front desk told us they would move us. Well, come 12 am and the music and shouting still didn’t stop. Called the front desk and nothing happened. They continued partying until 3 am, when they started shrieking. Called the front desk again and they still didn’t do anything. The noise finally stopped at 4 when the group went to sleep. On top of that, when I pulled the sheets to sleep, I found a few strands of hair within the sheets. There was also a random pill on the floor in the room when we checked in. (Upon googling, it was just an acetaminophen, but imagine if it weren’t).Pros: walking distance to the public market.

At 9pm after an hour of bumping music and based on the loud conversation next door we realized our adjacent neighbors were here for a fun evening. We asked the front desk if it would be possible to switch rooms or move one down since we had an early morning planned. We were informed that if the noise goes past 10pm they could help us out.12:30am the neighbors return to their suite and music and screaming resume. Call made to front desk. Nothing changes.1:30am argument about how some of them can’t handle their alcohol. The music was turned lower at this point2:00 sounds like one of them puked on their face and the others loudly discussed this turn of events.2:20 it’s quiet enough again to try to sleepAm I posting this because I’m grumpily driving all day today on too little sleep? Yes. Do the guests at a hotel warrant a negative review of the establishment? No.However, several calls were made to management with what seems like plenty of options for solutions and, while pleasant and polite, nothing was done. A sleepless night is still a sleepless nightIf you want to have an exciting evening in your hotel room and be left for the most part alone consider this a glowing 5 star review.Ps we found several long hairs under the bedding when we first got here. Does this get laundered?

Our Hilton honors points didn't go through and it looked like I was going to have to pay an extra few hundred dollars. I was so upset but they assured me I would still have a room and manager Luca would sort it out in the morning. When I came down to the lobby, Luca greeted us and told us we were all set. It was a relief that I still got to see the Christmas lights festival in Leavenworth. Thanks for working this out for me, Hilton! I got engaged that weekend!(picture is view from the too floor.)Rooms: The rooms are so clean, microwave, kurig, mini fridge included.

We have stayed at this location before and loved it, that's why we decided to return to our surprise how it has changed. I booked the room online and paid for breakfast as not to deal with it later knowing we would eat there anyways. We arrived late in the day and checked in, service was friendly st the front desk. Got to our room and unpacked. By now it was 9:30pm. We decided to get a drink at the bar and some food as it's closing at 10. Got to the bar with one person working and after a long wait it was my turn. Order two drinks and was going to place a food order but was told it's too late kitchen is closed, at 9:45 now. Fine my drinks and was charged for the wrong drink, $4 more. Well no tip. We ordered a delivery.Next day we come down for breakfast to empty food warmers, and guests waiting for food. Last time we stayed at the hotel it head a great selection of food, yogurt, eggs to order and waffles included in the price. Now all that is extra. Now it's scramble eggs, potatoes, sausage and cereal. Both days head to wait for food as they run out of food. Thats why next door at the public market the place was packed as they offered a great selection of restaurants to dine at.Room are very clean and location of the hotel is great. There is a lot to do within walking distance and it's fairly quiet with a fire place in the lobby where you can sit and relax.Rooms: Rooms very clean and spacious with large windows of either mountain or river view.Walkability: There is a nice walking path that's behind the hotel that runs down the river. Shopping, restaurants and Public Market all within walking distance.Food & drinks: Food options are not the greatest, last resort, if you can go across the street.

This was my first time visiting Wenatchee, it’s located in a great location. Next to the Columbia River and the Pybus Public Market. He king in was a breeze, the room was great. The Shop has a good variety of snacks, food, and drinks. I highly recommend walking the Riverwalk and visiting the Pybus Public Market located adjacent to the Columbia River just two blocks east of historic downtown Wenatchee.Hilton Garden Inn Address: 25 N Worthen St, Wenatchee, WA 98801The Hotel is pet friendly, on site complimentary parking, there is no EV charging stations.
