“My partner and I stayed for only a night at Warm Springs and wish we could’ve stayed longer! The inn is located conveniently close to Leavenworth while still providing the peace and quiet of the Wenatchee riverside. Ludger greeted us warmly and served one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in our lives. The grounds are extremely well kept and provide beautiful scenery, and we loved the company of their pup Daisy. And of course we had to take some of their delicious wine home! Without a doubt we’ll be back, thank you again!”
“Our stay at this hotel was fantastic from start to finish. Our first interaction was over the phone with Zee, who was incredibly friendly and quickly resolved any issues we had. When we arrived, Zee greeted us warmly at check-in, which set a great tone for the visit.
The room was clean, though you could tell it’s a bit older, but overall, it was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were excellent, and the breakfast offered a nice variety—much more refreshing compared to other hotel chains.
The location is also ideal, just a short drive from downtown and Leavenworth. We were very pleased with our stay. Zee truly went above and beyond; when she wasn’t assisting guests, she was actively helping with supplies and other tasks. She really deserves recognition for her outstanding work—she definitely deserves a raise!

“We love staying at this hotel every time we come to visit family here in wenatchee.this time we are very disappointed we stayed for 4 nights and only one night they cleaned the room and every day we had to check out and check back in,it was not pleasant to do this kind of thing,we went to the front desk and talked to lucas but he seems that he did not care never said anything or apologize I can't believe that the room wasn't cleaned for 3 night,I guess we have look to stay somewhere else!!”
“Good location close to Wenatchee’s riverside park. Excellent rooms with great amenities like a full sized refrigerator, a cooktop, microwave, and a comfortable reclining chair. Location is quiet and has plenty of parking.”
“Best Western has been an amazing help to our North American Big Rig Series. Best Wester Chieftain was FANTASTIC! They have done everything they can to accommodate our crazy check ins amd check outs, our many LARGE units, families, racers, crews, and pets.”
“It's not a top end motel. It's older but the owners and staff having a ten star business. Economically affordable, older but everything works great, the staff are courteous, respectful, helpful and thoughtful..”

- pool was too shallow (3.5 feet) and cramped”

“Stay here once a year, and the rooms are always big and spacious, and there's good breakfast downstairs (costs $ but it's cheap). It's conveniently located to everything around town, including walkable distances to restaurants, shopping, bars, and even Starbucks. But the best part for me is that's it's incredibly cheap but a pretty damn nice hotel for what you're paying.”
