“So book this stay online for Jan 7th 2024 prepaid . After booking pre night stay called to ask for room 320 as room 220 on previous stay people was walking back and forth all night noisey.Walls floor thin . So I was told room 320 was possibly and request be given to staff day of stay . 220 was back up room. So 7th was paid Ended up adding the 8th holding that room with same card room not paid for 8th. Day of stay I called to check see if we could check in early girl at desk said yeah call at 12 pm we headed down at 12 we got there then same girl said oh no I cant get you in early not until 2 pm room is still dirty was late check out . She should of never said she could get us early I asked if people were in room prior night she said no that was room 320 and or 220 she said on phone no one in them. So upon arrival was shocked to hear late check out I asked for rm 320 she said 320 was booked for weeks and she said whole 3rd floor was booked there was no cars in parking lot then she said 220 room was still dirty I asked if any other rooms on second floor clean she said no come back at 2. We had to go find 2 hours worth of something to do at 2pm we came back she said nope still not no rooms including rm 220 I specificly asked for still dirty come back in little bit well at 12 minutes to 3 3 is check in time we came back she said no rooms at all available I said what 3 is check in time she not going give us a room. I said what happen to room 220 she said maid cleaned it and manage had to check it and he left she said he has other things to do other businesses he wont be back for hours . I said he knew we was coming to get room 220 and he left she said yeap. She said got room 218 only room available no cars in parking lot .I asked to talked to manager she said he be in later that day I asked if I could pay for 8th with my card she said no would have to check out check back in on 8th .Had dr appointment on 8th I asked again if pay for 8th on the night of 7th this time girl at desk said oh 7th is prepaid I said yeah I want pay for 8th different card at that point she said I will remove this card the one that prepaid room for 7th and add this one for 8th and still on 8th you will have to check out check in .In morning 8th lady checked us out on 2nd card one not used on prepaidment for 7th and then charged 2nd card for 8th . So therefore prepaid for 7th and paid twice for 8th and motel is not admitiing fault although 3 nights charged 2 nights stayed .Mess.Front desk is liers and nasty. Managers are mia .Hot tub jets are off and internet is not avialble bad experience. Oh yeah also when reserving 8th asked if they have medical discount front desk said yeah applied then in end was told girl in beginning was a lier no medical discount ever at this motel. Dont stay here go next door at comfort inn same owner but better staff ..Bad stay.”

“My partner and I stayed for only a night at Warm Springs and wish we could’ve stayed longer! The inn is located conveniently close to Leavenworth while still providing the peace and quiet of the Wenatchee riverside. Ludger greeted us warmly and served one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in our lives. The grounds are extremely well kept and provide beautiful scenery, and we loved the company of their pup Daisy. And of course we had to take some of their delicious wine home! Without a doubt we’ll be back, thank you again!”

“This is a nice hotel. Rooms were clean, seems like a newer hotel, bar, and restaurant are nice and modern. The food was also good. Wanted to use the pool and hot tub, but we found out that there were two jr hockey teams staying here, and way too many kids were in this area. I would stay again for sure.”

“I was there for New Year's Eve. Very impressive place. Dog friendly. Excellent Continental breakfast area. Fresh brew coffee. All staff workers were friendly and outgoing. Paul was exceptional for guest services!! Wonderful and very clean.Rooms: Close to a lot of places. Depending on what you want or need. Safe but a busy main street.Nearby activities: Taxi or Ubers if you need them. A great way to move around or there is a Link bus system and it's free. Pybus is a fun place and Me Glenn's is a good place to eat.Safety: I feel it's really safe. Just a busy area so if you're walking be very carefulWalkability: Not bad.Food & drinks: Lots of places.Noteworthy details: The loop trail is cool for walking. Movie theater not too far. An Italian restaurant Visconis is excellent!”

“Hotel room was nice, the staff was wonderful the morning food service was basic but would get you by. Pretty good coffee for a hotel, it has been a while since this hotel was build and a lot of little things that haven't been fixed or updated. Still a nice overall experience and the pricing is good.”

“My children and I stayed there for a week. After reading many reviews about them keeping people's deposits I was worried when I checked out, and was upset when they kept $70 of my deposit. After leaving I contacted them and asked them for the damaged items I had just bought and was told no problem I could have them. When I went back to collect them they had them ready for me. I was surprised when I seen the damage that I admit I did in fact cause to the items unintentionally, so the $70 was rightfully charged. The ladies up front asked where we were going so I explained we were there for my daughter's birthday but due to my daughters severe health issues that has her very sick and low on energy lately to say the least we hadn't been able to do much while we were there unfortunately. After we talked she was so sweet and actually gave me back another $20 to get lunch with my kids, out of the kindness of her heart. I have nothing but respect for them and their motel they try hard to keep running nicely, and anytime someone around me says something different I will share my story. She didn't have to be so nice and she certainly didn't have to give me back another $20 especially since we were at fault and was rightfully charged but she did and I'm eternally grateful for their kindness. I'm sorry if any of you had a bad experience. I hope maybe you can give them another chance one day though bc they are definitely deserving of it, and truly work hard to have a nice motel for their customers bc they do genuinely care.”

“Stayed at the Travelodge because it was less expensive than other places. It's less expensive because its an older hotel. The Wenatchee Travelodge is the 1960s style architecture with all rooms having outside doors and windows facing a central parking area. This one has had some upgrades over the years, but is still the old style. It now has electronic door locks, single faucet shower controls, and upgraded plumbing. The windows are single pane which would be cold and drafty in winter, but the individual room HVAC unit worked well. One problem is the lack of enough electric plugin locations for all the electric devices we use today. I had to unplug a lamp to plug in my laptop charger, and put the cell phone charger by the closed where my phone fell behind the drawer unit and took a while to find. The walls were thin so I could hear whatever was going on in adjacent rooms. The old mattress was lumpy, but the sheets and blankets were adequate. The carpet was clean enough that it did not make my feet black from walking on it.The good news is that it was not very expensive, it was close to the center of town with easy access, and adequate for my needs. The hot tub and pool were outside and available for my late hours if I ignored the pool rules sign. They converted all their TVs to DirecTV service while I was there. They only subscribed to the cheapest DirecTV package. All the DirecTV channels I watch at home came up as "You have not subscribed to this channel." So I couldn't watch the local MLB baseball games, nor several of the Discovery channels, etc. Probably another choice to keep costs and prices down.I'm not a fan of their "grab and go" brown bag breakfast. It was all carbohydrates and sugars, which I no longer eat.This hotel was barefoot friendly.”

“the hotel is very good, I have wanted to come here for a long time. good service, good breakfast. breakfasts overlooking the snowy mountains. who sleeps very well and does not make noise. don't know why people rely on 3.9 stars. I give you all 5. thanks for the service.”
